Photoshop: crop tool locked

Hi, I have a question with a solution that is probably very simple, but it's the first time this has happened to me, so I don't know how to fix it. My crop tool in Photoshop is hypothetically blocked (a rather grand word that just means I can't crop my photos to the desired size, as proportions are automatically maintained).
If someone can tell me how to unblock this, I would be grateful.

    Hello,

    Have you tried clearing the width and height values specified in the options bar: Link?
