Hello,
I am working with Adobe Illustrator. I am having a problem with the selection tool (the black arrow and the white arrow): I can select objects but I can no longer resize them. When I create a new document, it happens as well.
Do you know this problem?

Good evening,
you may have disabled the display of anchor points (the squares on the corners that allow you to resize your selection)
To reactivate:
View > Show Selection Frame.
If the function is indeed enabled, after selecting your element, try resizing it with the Height and Width values, right next to the X / Y position box.
