Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Nous allons regarder ça et faire un diagnostic de ton pc :

* Sous Vista : ▶ Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

* Clique sur Démarrer puis sur panneau de configuration
* Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
* Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
* Redémarre le PC

▶ Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT).

▶ Un tutoriel est à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement ici

▶ Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.

▶ Clique sur 'Continue' à l'écran Disclaimer.

▶ Si l'outil Hijackthis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.

▶ Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. ▶ copie le contenu des 2 rapports.

( C:\RSIT\log.txt et C:\RSIT\info.txt )

CTRL A pour sélectionner tout, CTRL C pour copier et puis CTRL V pour coller

▶ Ensuite viens coller dans ta prochaine réponse le rapport log.txt et dans une autre réponse la rapport info.txt afin qu'ils soient complet tout les 2.

Par ailleurs, je ne peux pas vous envoyer de rapport malwarebytes car il refuse de se lancer. J'ai installé Zone Alarm comme fire wall et j'ai déjà avast. Avast m'a prevenu qu'ils étaient parfois incompatibles donc peut-être que malware est bloqué à cause de çà.

Je fais un scan rapide pour l'instant avec superantispyware.
Pas besoin d'un scan approfondi ?

Je viens de scanner et il m'a redémarré l'ordi. comment j'en extrais un rapport pour te l'envoyer ?
Par ailleurs XP SMART SECURITY n'est plus là. Mais Windows me demande le chemin d'accès pour ouvrir chaque programme (firefox, malwarebytes,etc.)

Je dois y aller, je reviens vers 18h00, j'ai trouvé ou ce trouve le rapport mais je n'arrive pas à l'ouvrir. J'ai donc refait un scan et superantispyware a planté et s'est arrêté au fichier 35000.
En tout cas je n'ai plus de virus mais comme je disais, j'ai besoin d'indiquer le chemin d'accès à tout mes exécutables (pour firefox par exemple quand je double clic il me dit "ouvrir avec").

Télécharger rkill depuis l'un des liens ci-dessous:

Double-cliquez dessus pour le lancer. Il va arrêter automatiquement tous les processus associés à Security Tool et à d'autres rogues. soyez patient car le logiciel peut prendre du temps ! Une fois terminé, le logiciel se ferme tout simplement : c'est normal . Vous pouvez passer directement à la suite de la désinfection.
Si vous avez un message qui signale que Rkill est un indésirable, ignorez la et lancez de nouveau Rkill après désactivation du logiciel le considérant comme néfaste.

N.B: ne pas redémarrer le pc après avoir fait Rkil sans quoi l'infection pourrait se réactiver et passer à malwarebyte.
