Freebox: outgoing calls not working

Hello everyone,
Since I received my Freebox (02/2005), I can't make outgoing calls or check the voicemail using the phone: the Freebox doesn't seem to recognize the signals from the phone, even though it is compatible.
The Free technical support seems incompetent, with diverse and varied responses to each call.
Has anyone encountered this issue?

The solution is to correctly configure your phone.
Indeed, I had the same problem with my ALCATEL VERSATIS 830 phone, which is a cordless phone and had a continuous tone.
You need to consult the technical guide of the phone in the section "connection with a modem"; in my case, I had to change the numbering to "VOICE FREQ." whereas my phone was set to DECIMAL numbering.
If you no longer have your technical guide, you can go to the website: mesnotices.fr, you will find it there.
