can you tell me how to retrieve my line which is always busy? It's true that I had blocked outgoing calls to the 06- in order to reduce my ever-increasing bill, but to the point where I no longer have a phone... I did ask this morning at 7 AM on the FAQ of FREE, they received the message and replied that I would hear from them.... but when.... So the grandmother that I am is very upset, because if I get sick, how do I manage?

You know, with Free, the customer service leaves much to be desired. When we ask them something, they never know anything. Now, this kind of call restriction, I've never experienced it before, but you can take a look at the Free page by entering your phone number and your login. You can probably reset it from there. If not, come back to the forum, at least if you haven't been there before.

Well, let's just say that this page is really annoying not to be able to open it because from here you have the monopoly of your Free, so especially pay attention to uppercase and lowercase

Ça y est, j'ai trouvé pour ton problème, mais un autre problème se pose : il te faut impérativement tes identifiants afin de te connecter à ta page d'accueil Freebox.
Si tu y arrives, tu regardes en bas, il y a écrit en gris "TELEPHONE" en caractères gras avec plusieurs propositions.
Tu prends "Les services liés aux appels sortants" et là, tu désactives ta restriction, et ton problème n'en est plus un.
