Waiting Tone Issue Free Mobile / Samsung

Question

Hello,
I bought a Samsung J5 2017 for Christmas and I am subscribed to Free Mobile. My problem is that when I call, there is no "ringback tone" or "waiting tone" before my contact answers. I initially called Free who told me to reset my phone, but it had no effect. To see if it was the phone, I put the SIM card (nano) into another phone (HTC), and there was no problem.
So I used the warranty and had the phone replaced, but the problem persists...
By pushing the tests a bit further, it turns out that it works with certain phones (so far I have only found 2 landline numbers), but for most it doesn't (landlines, mobiles, different operators...). I can't understand the logic. It seems like a Free Mobile / Samsung J5 incompatibility?
Is anyone experiencing the same problem? A solution?

I just got Free and the problem is solved on my end. The process was as follows: manually search for the network, choose the first Free that appears and not the second, confirm the selection, turn off the phone, turn the phone back on, and make a test call.

Hello, since I subscribed to Free, the same as all of you, and that's since December! I have an S6 Edge, and they told me to turn off the phone, remove the nano SIM, wait 5 minutes, put the SIM back in, and turn it on... and it doesn't work, it's getting frustrating not having a waiting tone!

Thank you, the network search worked for my A3, I'm with Free as well, and similarly the hotline couldn’t solve the problem. It was so simple :)

I also have the problem with an ECHO FLOW mobile since early January 2018. I have called Free multiple times, including this morning. They are aware of the inconvenience caused by the lack of dial tone during outgoing calls, but they currently have no solution, and it doesn’t seem to bother them much.

Yes, there's no tone; I can't reach the landline. Sometimes it works, or I'm told it's not the right number. Free will have to find the problem; it's coming from them.
