Having worked for two years as a saleswoman in an Orange store, I can assure you that this number and this email address seem real! Let me explain why: in 2010 (the date of the post) the email addresses of all Orange employees and services ended with ***@*** (so it's not st but ft). At the end of 2011, these addresses changed and have been ending with ***@*** since then.

As for the phone number, needing to contact the claims department for more or less the same problem as tetelle, I tried to call today (so 3 years after the post) and the number seems valid. However, a voicemail specifies that we can only reach them starting from 1:30 PM. I will try again this afternoon and see if it's a scam or not.

However, if it is a scam, they have a lot of resources and information: an email address that ends with valid Orange details, a phone number with a voicemail that sounds very much like Orange...
