Hello everyone, I signed up for a Bouygues Telecom Neo 3-hour plan with a 2-year commitment. Due to being unable to pay my bills, I sent a cancellation letter after 11 months (I know I was foolish, but I thought I was committed for 1 year!) explaining that I could no longer pay. They cut off my line overnight without sending me a letter notifying me of the cancellation date and the amounts I would owe. I received a bill for €88. I contacted customer service, and the lady told me it was normal, it was your last bill to pay, you will be credited next month for the "overpayment," and you will no longer have to deal with Bouygues Telecom. I paid my bill, and some time later, I received another one for €300! They told me it was the cancellation fees and that if I didn't pay, they would send me to a collection agency and put me on a blacklist of operators. I know I'm at fault, but there was a lack of information because I believed what the woman said. I don’t want to pay this amount if I no longer have a plan! What should I do, please help me!
