Bonjour,
J’ai un méga problème, c'est venue par surprise, la photo installée sur mon bureau disparait et a la place, une alerte d'un antivirus appelé "Security 2010" scan tout seul mon ordinateur, bloque les autres fonctions, et de "détecte plein de virus, trojan, back door" etc.............
il me renvoie vers une adresse, qui me propose d'acheter un antivirus.

J’ai bit defender free comme antivirus, et la seul chose qu'il a détecté c'est le "trojan.agent.aonw" qu'il a déplacé et enlevé.

J'ai donc fait un scan en ligne, rien n'a été trouvé (bit defender)..... Enfin un 2eme avec a2.

Objets mis en quarantaine puis supprimes !!!

le logiciel se réinstalle tout seul, malgré que je l'ai effacé via unlocker, puis ccleaner. J’ai dans la petite barre de tache, côté de l'horloge, un rond rouge avec une croix, impossible de l'enlever..........

De temps en temps cet antivirus ouvre une fenêtre en anglais disant que j'ai un trojan a bord et qu'il est imprudent de continuer a surfer sur le net. impossible d'arrêter ca.....que dois je faire pour retirer ca?

L’adresse de ce logiciel malveillant : NE CLIQUEZ PAS DESSUS, j’ai été infecte, je ne sais pas comment car je n’ai jamais été sur le site avant !!!!

    Téléchargez MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

    http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

    . Enregistres le sur le bureau
    . Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
    . Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour
    . Si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, accepte
    . Une fois la mise à jour terminé
    . Rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
    . Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet (examen assez long)
    . Cliques sur Rechercher
    . Le scan démarre.
    . A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
    . Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
    . Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats
    . Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
    . Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
    . Rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log
    . Tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher, une fois affiché
    . Tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes, et puis sur sélectionner tous
    . Tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
    . tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller

    Desactive ton antivirus le temps de la manip ainsi que ton parefeu si présent(car il est detecté a tort comme infection)

    ▶ Télécharge et installe List&Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau
    http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/829108531491024/List_Killem_Install.exe
    double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/Seven ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation

    coche la case "creer une icone sur le bureau"

    une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancer seul

    choisis la langue puis choisis l'option 1 = Mode Recherche

    ▶ laisse travailler l'outil

    à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué.

    un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , mais ne le supprime pas pour l instant, le scan n'est pas fini.

    ▶ Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED"

    tu peux supprimer le rapport catchme.log de ton bureau maintenant.

    merci pour ton aide
    j'ai tout fait comme tu m'as expliqué mais cela ne fonctionne pas. cette merde detecte ton logiciel comme un virus dangeureux, pas moyen de le desactivé, ((pas ton logiciel mais la merde en question)

    j'explique : j'ai telecharge et installe ton logiciel, j'ai meme redemarré l'ordi,
    j'ai desactive mon parefeu
    et la une fenetre s'ouvre quant je veut utiliser ton logiciel, qui me dit (en anglais pour ne pas arranger les choses) que cette application est infectée et ne peut s'executer........... j'ai bien apercu la "1ere page de choix de langue et ca coupe aussitot en disant d'envoyer un rapport a microsoft ! et qu'il faut que j'active l'antivirus ........de microsoft....... !!!!!

    tu n'as pas autre chose de plus simple a faire......comment enlever cette merde intepestive?
    la je craque !!!
    j'ai meme installer revo unistaller.sans succes non plus............dois je tout formaté pour virer ca?
    comment c'est arrivé?

    j'ai reussi a enlever le satané logiciel, mais pas la fameuse croix sur rond rouge ! et je crois que cela permet a cette saloperie de se reinstaller.........
    j'ai beau regarder dans program files, il n'existe plus, par contre dans tous les programmes il y a encore le nom qui apparait au dessus des accessoires, apres donc mon antivirus.

    et il y a toujours la petite fenetre qui s'ouvre de temps en temps , pour me dire que je suis infectée...........
    pour revo uninstaller, il n'existe pas meme quant il y est (dans le program files)

    si tu y comprends quelque chose, moi pas.;;; il faut que tu saches que le logiciel n'a marché qu'a 10 % avant d'etre bloqué definitivement par Security essentiels !

    j'essaie tous les trucs pas possible pour enlever ce machin et ensuite je referais un scan poussé, pour l'instant cela me bloque tout.
    donc j'attends tes explications pour l'enlever............

    encore moi !
    j'ai apparemment reussi partiellement a virer cette saloperie. je dis partiellement, car le logiciel n'exite plus nulle part, meme la croix dans un rond rouge a cote de l'horloge est partie !
    mais il y a toujours la fenetre qui s'ouvre pour me dire que je suis infectée (tjrs en anglais !!)
    je souhaiterais savoir quel est le meilleur antivirus actuellement ?
    faut il une protection residente? je voudrais faire un scan complet mais avec quel logiciel?
    comment j'ai attrapé ca? bit defender free est il has been ?
    j'ai fait un nettoyage avec ccleaner est ce suffisant? je me pose des tas de questions pour trouver la solution a ma question comment eviter que cela ne revienne ?

    je vais voir pour un nettoyeur plus profond !!!
    mais entre Ccleaner et revo unistaler......... mon coeur balance, je garde les 2 !

    Chez moi le problème persiste. j'ai réussi a faire un nettoyage partiel avec Spybot. Mais depuis le redémarrage, plus moyen d'accéder a mon compte windows. Quand j'entre mon mot de passe, l'ordi ouvre une session et la referme tout de suite.

    Je ne sais pas quoi faire.......
