Bonjour,lors du scan , mon anti virus a detecte le trojan kates.B .Celui ci se trouve dans C/Documents and setting/Network s /Local settings/TemporaryFile sous le nom d ajaa.old.Celui ci a ete mis en quarantaine, mais il revient lors du scan suivant. Qu est ce que le trojan kates.B et celui ci peut il ralentir mon pc ?

  Télécharge ici :
  
  http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
  
  random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
  
  Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
  
  Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
  
  Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
  
  Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
  
  Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
  ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
  
  NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

J ai fait ce que tu m as dit mais je ne sais pas comment poster le rapport hijack this .Le trojan a ete mis en quarantaine , mais il est detecte a chaque scan.Lorsque je clique sur internet explorer ou google chrome notamment , une fenetre s ouvre qui me signale qu un virus ou un programme indesirable a ete detecte , pourtant j ai selectionne refuser l acces puis supprimer , mais rien ne change Comment faire pour eviter que cette fenetre s ouvre de facon intempestive.Ce trojan est il dangereux ? faut il que je reinstalle windows ?

poste le rapport en faisant un copier-coller du log,

il est prématurée de parler de réinstallation tout les trojan sont dangereux mais en peut les supprimer

Merci d avoir repondu. Comment faire pour le supprimer ? Il est en quarantaine mais il est detecte lors du scan , comment cela se fait il ? De plus , une fenetre pour me signaler qu un virus ou un programme indesirable a ete detectealors que je suis en train de naviguer sur le net ou des fois lorsque je clique sur internet explorer mais pas tout le temps ce qui commence a m agacer serieusement.Si quelqu un a un tuyau pour remedier a ce probleme , ce serait bienvenu.

ouvre ton antivirus et va dans quarantaine et supprime si tu trouve quelque chose

si tu veut être aider efficacement poste le rapport demander

  Je l ai supprime de la quarantaine mais malgre cela , le scan le detecte toujours.J ai le rapport mais je ne sais pas comment faire pour le poster ici .De plus , par moment une fenetre m indiquant qu un virus ou un programme indesirable c est a dire le trojan en question a ete detecte lorsque je navigue sur le net ou que je clique sur internet explorer.Je ne sais pas si cela a un rapport mais hier soir on m a demande lors de la mise a jour de windows afin qu elle prenne effet de redemarrer de suite ou de redemarrer plus tard et a chaque fois j ai clique sur redemarrer plus tard . Je me suis absente donc le redemarrage s est fait tout seul et ce matin je me suis apercu que le scan avait detecte ce trojan .

  bonjour .Vous pouvez supprimer le 1er rapport que je vous ai envoye car il n est pas complet et pour le 2eme j ai mis le rapport a l envers , il faut dire que c est la 1ere fois que jefais un copier-coller

Telecharge UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29

(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

• Double clic sur "UsbFix.exe" présent sur ton bureau .

• Choisis l'option F pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche ) et tape sur [entrée] .

• Laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

  une fois telecharge UsbFix , je clique sur F (francais) puis sur entree mais rien ne se passe . De plus , aucun icone UsbFix.exe n apparait sur le bureau , il apparait 5 icones

se probleme apparait quand tu decompresse le fichier moi je t'ai demander de le lancer en faisant un double clic dessus

par contre la tu peut le lancer avec le fichier Go.exe

  j ai suivi tes conseils en cliquant sur Go.exe mais ca ne change rien. Lors du telechargement de UsbFix , la fenetre me signalant qu un virus ou un programme indesirable a ete detecte s est ouverte ainsi que quand j ai clique sur Go.exe.Cette fenetre s ouvre aussi quand je clique sur internet explorer,,quand je suis en train d ecrire.Quel est la cause de ce trojan ? Qu est ce que le trojan/kates.B ? Me conseille tu de formater et de reinstaller windows ? A chque scan ce trojan est detecte , il se trouve dans le fichier C\Documentsandsettings\Networks\LocalSettings\Temp\ajaa.old mais impossible de le trouver

a l'installation vérifie que mise a jour et lancer programme et scan complet sont bien cocher

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; clic sur l´onglet paramètre, et coche la case : "Arrêter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

A la fin du scan clique sur Afficher les résultats

Vérifier si tout est coché et clic Supprimer la sélection

S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

Et tu poste le rapport générer

malwarbyte tu la fait en scan rapide refait le scan complet comme sa il regarde partout beaucoup plus efficace

  Bonjour benurrr , en effet le scan complet est beaucoup plus efficace , il m a trouve 4 infections alors que le scan rapide ne m en a trouve aucun ,Je te joins le rapport de malwarebytes.

  Ce que je ne comprends pas c est que le trojan/PSW Kates.B qui se trouvait dans C\Documents and Settings\Network s\LocalSettings\Temp\ajaa.old n apparait pas dans les fichiers infectes alors que ceux ci se situent dans F et qui n avait pas ete detecte par l anti virus.Le trojan/PSW Kates .B a t il ete supprime ? Les fichiers infectes qui se trouvent dans F et qui ont ete detectes par malwarebytes sont ils dangereux pour la securite de mon pc ? Comment les supprimer ? De plus , il m est impossible de retelecharger avira que j avais de nouveau desinstalle pour le reinstaller suite a l echec de la mise a jour

salut

C\Documents and Settings\Network s\LocalSettings\Temp\ajaa.old peut être en fichier cacher

relance malwarbyte et regarde dans l'onglet quarantaine et supprime les fichiers qui s'y trouve si y'a rien relance un scan et cette fois suis bien la procédure de suppression

Pour supprimer

A la fin du scan clique sur Afficher les résultats

Vérifier si tout est coché et clic Supprimer la sélection

S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

  Je te joins le dernier rapport du scan. A la fin de celui ci , on me signale qu aucune infection n a ete detecte et de
  cliquer sur ok .La procedure que tu me dis est peut etre en version pro.

c'est pas se rapport que je voulait c'était un avec antivir mais fait ceci avant je te le demanderai plus tard d'en faire un avec antivir

Desactive ton antivirus le temps de la manip ainsi que ton parefeu si présent(car il est detecté a tort comme infection)

Télécharge et installe List&Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau

Branche clés usb , disques durs externes , mp3 , mp4 , etc..

double clique ( clic droit "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation

coche la case "créer une icône sur le bureau"

une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul

choisis la langue puis choisis l'option 1 = Mode Recherche

laisse travailler l'outil

à l'apparition de la fenêtre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué.

un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , mais ne le supprime pas pour l instant, le scan n'est pas fini.

Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'écran "COMPLETED"

  Le probleme c est qu il m est impossible de telecharger avira, le telechargement se bloque au bout d un moment.J avais installe microsoft security essentials que j ai desinstalle pour mettre avast home mais je ne sais pas comment poster le rapport de ces 2 anti virus

▶ Relance List&Kill'em(soit en clic droit pour vista),avec le raccourci sur ton bureau.
mais cette fois-ci :

▶ choisis l'option 2 = Mode Suppression

laisse travailler l'outil.

en fin de scan un rapport s'ouvre

▶ colle le contenu dans ta réponse

ensuite :

▶ Relance List&Kill'em(soit en clic droit pour vista),avec le raccourci sur ton bureau.

▶ choisis l'option 6 = Restore MBR

laisse travailler l'outil.

pour nettoyer les fix qui ont servit

Ferme toutes les applications en cours, puis télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.
http://pc-system.fr/

Double clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe >
puis Recherche
et sur Suppression
Note : ton bureau va disparaître, c'est normal. S'il n'apparaît pas à la fin du scan, fais la manip suivante :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Puis rends toi à l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichiers et choisis "Exécuter"

Tape explorer.exe et valide. Cela fera re-apparaître le Bureau

tu poste le rapport générer après suppression
