Probleme de ping ==> Skpyware ?

Alors voila mon problème :
Depuis 2 jours j'ai des problèmes de Ping, j'ai fait une LAN avec des pote, donc on a créer un groupe résidentiel et tout et quand je rentre 800-900 de ping, et il ne bouge pas, je craint que j'ai chopper un spyware ou un truc comme cela, je tourne sous windows 7 64 bits, j'ai un core i7 920, une HD 5770.
Que dois-je faire pour le réduire? est-ce vraiment un problème de spyware?

J'ai oublier de préciser, j'ai desactiver mon firewall pendant la LAN mais je l'ai réactiver, et j'ai antivir comme antivirus.
