Hello, I have a problem with my TV screen; there are two vertical lines on the right side of my screen as soon as I turn it on. The TV hasn’t been subjected to any shock, so I would like to know where this could be coming from, and if the problem persists, whether it's possible to claim the warranty.

It might be useful for you to specify the model of your TV.
As for me, I encountered a similar problem with my 46X4500. I solved it by slightly enlarging the image in the XrossMediaBar menu under "screen command (for inputs other than PC)" and then "display area," where I enlarged the image so that the edges were outside the visible display area.

There are flies all over the meadow right now and they're coming onto my Sony! So I decided to clean it with a glass cleaner, screen off of course! And now there are vertical lines all over my Bravia Sony... did the glass cleaner ruin my screen?
