Red line issue on LCD TV

Hello,

I have a 66 cm Samsung LCD television that I've owned for 2 years and 6 months. The warranty has expired since I did not purchase the extension.

This weekend, a vertical red line appeared in the middle of the screen, running from top to bottom.

I wanted to know if any of you had any knowledge about this and could tell me what it might be. With the price of new LCDs, should I have my television repaired, which might cost as much as a new device?

    apparently I have the same problem, I was told it was the board? but after changing the 1000µf capacitors in the secondary, the line disappeared, the image is normal, the TV works fine

      Good evening, I have a Sony LCD TV. When my TV is on, I see black and red lines appearing, but they go away and then come back every time!!! How much do you see me?
