Je semble avoir été la proie d'un spyware dont je n'arrive pas à me débarrasser...
Ecran bleu : "Security Warning A fatal error in IE has occured at 0028... error was caused by trojan - spy.html.smitfraud.c

A/ si tu ne les as pas, telecharge:
Spybot S&D 1.4 et Ad-Aware SE 1.06
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
http://www.safer-networking.org/fr/index.html
puis sur
http://www.florensac-chasse-trap.com
pointe ton curseur sur « section virus » sans cliquer
click sur le menu qui apparaît et charge
CleanUp312.exe
ne les utilise pas tout de suite
idem si tu ne l’as pas A2 free sur http://www.emsisoft.net/fr/software/download/
met à jour spybot, ad aware et a2 free sur internet (tu trouves l’option dans les menus) mais ne lance pas les scan.
1) clic droit sur poste de travail
propriété
restauration systeme
coche desactivé puis appliquer
2) demarrer
panneau de configuration
outil
option des dossiers
affichage,
coche afficher dossier cachés
decoche : masquer extension des fichiers dont le type est connu
masquer les fichiers protégés du systeme d'exploitation.
3) demarre en mode sans echec.
Soit tu tapotte sur la touche F8 alancement de Windows et tu choisi sans echec (pas d’inquiétude pour l’aspect de l’ecran)
4) lance hijack et fixe les lignes

et vire tout ce qu'ils trouvent (c'est un peu long mais tu devrais t'en sortir).
vide ta poubelle et redemarre en mode normal, c'est à dire avant de redemarrer, tu refais les manip de départ mais en recochant ... pour retrouver la config de départ.
redemarre
raefait un log-

pour ça tu fais clic droit sur poste de travail
propriété tu clique sur onglet restauration système
tu coche la case désactiver la restauration et applique

demarre en mode sans echec
mode sans echec pour cela tu tapote la touche f8
des le debut de l allumage du pc sans t arreter
une fenetre vas souvrir tute deplace avec les fleches du clavier sur demarreren mode sans echec
une fois sur le bureau il ni auras pas toutes les couleurs et autres c est normal.si f8 ne marche pas utilise la touche f5

Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
cliquer sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage
Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.
Et appliquer

J'ai téléchargé la clé, l'ai fusionné.
Quelques éléments qui étaient sur mon bureau ont été effacés, à priori rien de grave. mais mon écran est toujours bleu (plus de message par contre) et en faisant clic droit sur le bureau, il ne me reste plus que deux onglets : écran de veille et paramètres...
Comment tout retrouver ?

Cela m'était déjà arrivé, et je crois me souvenir qu'il fallait rajouter une clé dans la base de registre...

clic droit sur le bureau
-dans propriété tu vas sur l'onglet bureau
-clic sur personnalisation de bureau et là tu coche la corbeille puis tu valide

En fait, j'ai procédé autrement, même si je pense ne rien t'apprendre :
Créer un raccourci depuis la corbeille se trouvant dans C:/Recycler/

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace//Dans le volet de gauche, fait un clic droit sur la clé NameSpace, puis sélectionnez Nouveau, puis Clé.
tu tape {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
Appuyez sur la touche Entrée.
Passe dans le volet de droite et fait un clic droit sur Défaut. Sélectionne la commande Modifier.
Dans la boîte de dialogue qui s'affiche (Modification de la chaîne), tape Corbeille à l'emplacement, Données de la valeur.
Clique sur OK et referme le registre.
