J'ai fait une désinstallation complète a l'aide de Revo Unins, et test sur MSN 2009 et 8.5 mais toujours rien...

Mets à jour ta version de Microsoft framework.
Vérifies tes sécurités (norton ou autres logiciels pouvant bloquer la connexion).
Vérifies aussi que tu as bien mis à jour ton système d'exploitation windows.
Vérifies tes options de connexion au réseau (panneau de configuration => connexions réseau => clique droit sur ta connexion => Vérifies que tout est bien coché dans général.
Vérifies tes options internet depuis => panneau de configuration => options internet.
Vérifies la liste des processus actuellement actifs pouvant créer un conflit avec net messenger service.
Vérifies les services activés dans : panneau de configuration => outils d'administration => services.
Supprimes messenger live => reboot => lance un nettoyage complet de ta partition avec CCleaner (gratuit) => lance un nettoyage complet de ta base de registre avec CCleaner (gratuit) => Reboot => télécharges la dernière version de live messenger => installes-le.
Vérifies si l'heure de ton bios et l'heure de ton système est bien opérationnelle.
Vérifies si tu n'as pas de spywares ou virus => scan avec :
* Clam win

* Adaware
Désactives tous tes processus sauf ceux indispensables, puis lance messenger.
Crées un nouveau compte sur ton système ( compte utilisateur windows pas un nouveau compte messenger ! ) => bascule de session vers la nouvelle.
Désactive le firewall de ton modem routeur (livebox, freebox, neufbox ou autres routeurs plus puissants).
Tentez dans Executer => netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled (sous vista)
