lors de ma tentative d'installation de mysql sous Redhat, j'ai eu le rapport d'erreur suivant:
[root@localhost local]# scripts/mysql_install_db
bash: scripts/mysql_install_db: Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type
[root@localhost local]# cd mysql-standard-4.1.12-unknown-linux-gnu-ia64-rhas21
[root@localhost mysql-standard-4.1.12-unknown-linux-gnu-ia64-rhas21]# scripts/my sql_install_db
scripts/mysql_install_db: line 1: ./bin/my_print_defaults: cannot execute binary file
Neither host 'localhost.localdomain' nor 'localhost' could be looked up with
./bin/resolveip
Please configure the 'hostname' command to return a correct hostname.
If you want to solve this at a later stage, restart this script with
the --force option
[root@localhost mysql-standard-4.1.12-unknown-linux-gnu-ia64-rhas21]#

j'ai le même pb avec FC 6 et meme en changeant le hostname ?
