Bonjour,
j'ai telechargé toolbar sd, qui m'a sorti un rapport. JE N Y CONNAIS PAS GRAND CHOSE QUI PEUT ME DIRE CE QUI EST BON OU PAS,?je vais essayer de coller le rapport la dessus, suis pas sure d'y arriver.. au cas ou, on fait comment? merci aux gentilles ames aidantes de ce site..

Bonjour,

télécharge GenProc http://www.genproc.com/GenProc.exe

double-clique sur GenProc.exe et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

bonjour, merci de ta réponse..je sais pas si c'est çà que tu voulais que je poste.
parce qu'avec tout çà je sais pas trop quoi faire.. même démarrer en mode sans echec sais pas faire.. peux tu me guider?? suis je infecter? ai je trop de toolbar, ou autre?? merci d'avance.

~~ ECHEC DU TELECHARGEMENT DE CM ~~

Dans CCleaner, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers temporaires de Windows datant de plus de 24 heures" ; par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.

# Etape 1/ Télécharge :

- Toolbar-S&D http://eric71.geekstogo.com/tools/ToolBarSD.exe (Eric_71) sur ton Bureau.

Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://www.wekyo.com/demarrer-le-pc-en-mode-sans-echec-windows-7-et-8/ ; Choisis ta session courante *** lolo *** (pour retrouver le rapport, clique sur le raccourci "Rapport GenProc[1]" sur ton bureau).

# Etape 2/

Lance Toolbar-S&D situé sur le Bureau. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée". Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression.

# Etape 3/

Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.

# Etape 4/

Redémarre normalement et poste, dans la même réponse :

- Le contenu du rapport TB.txt situé dans C:\ ;
- Un nouveau rapport GenProc ;

Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.

faut il avoir déja fait une sauvegarde du système pour pouvoir démarrer en mode sans echec?et si oui, comment savoir si çà a déja été fait? j'ai mon ordi depuis un peu plus d'un an, mais je ne m'en suis jamais préoccupé.. ce serait peut être bon de le faire non?

je ne suit pas 24/24 devant l'écran ok?
si tu veut bien arrêter tes messages à répétition pour rien!

Poste un rapport Nod32 https://www.eset.com/ (il faut utiliser Internet Explorer)
- coche toutes les cases à chaque fois, et lorsque c'est terminé, colle le rapport :
C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt

il me met aucune menace detectée à l'analyse.

question: actuellement j'ai bitdefender 2008, et ce matin j'ai désactivé la protection windows defender..(cela dit j'ai toujours une fenêtre qui apparait pour verifier l'état et ne sais comment la supprimer)
est ce que cet antivirus est suffisant?
sinon, j'ai lu que je pouvais installer antivir + spyware terminator+malwarebyes pour être bien protegé .
merci aux connaisseurs de leur aide précieuse.

Et bin, t'a la meme infection que moi (scharch setinng) il faut que tu fasse NEITOYER avec le truck
toolbar.Verifie en fesant CTRL+ALT+SUPPR et va dans processus et regarde si il y aun truc qui commence par "con"

qui commence par con il y a "conime.exe "la description dit que c'est la console IME puis y'a""content transfer walkman detector " çà je pense que c'est le mp4 de mon fils, qu'il a mis hier pour prendre de la musique sur l'ordi.. à quoi tu vois que je suis infectée??

pour la carte mère, comment je sais si je fais F5 OU F8?

je devrais peut être aller sur un site de débutants, parce qu'ici, c'est trop pro... on pose des questions, mais c'est tellement évident pour vous, que çà vaut pas la peine de répondre apparemment.
IL EST SYMPA ET EFFICACE ce site..mais il faut être un brin manipulateur et connaisseur pour trouver des solutions. moi, je fais ce que je peux, mais démarrer en mode sans echec quand on l'a jamais fait, quand on ne sait pas ce que l'on à comme carte mère, ni si c'est risqué de n'avoir jamais fait de sauvegarde en cas de besoin de restauration, c'est difficile de suivre vos conseils sans passer par ces étapes... (et franchement, je ne suis pas de mauvaises volonté, j'ai regardé des d'autres forum à ce sujet pour répondre à mes questions, mais on s'éparpille, on perd le fil, ... )bref, merci quand même d'avoir essayé, dites moi si jamais quelqu'un peut m'aider vraiement.et ou..c'est çà les boulets sur la toile... mais on fait c'qu'on peut.. si si franchement!

le rapport genproc n'a pas voulu s'ouvrir, il me dit de me mettre en administrateur ou d'oter les protections résidentes.. j'ai bitdefender 2008, je ne trouve pas la désactivation

QUAND j'étais sur le bureau en mode sans echec j'ai cliqué sur le raccorci genproc comme indiqué dans l'étape 1 de ton message précédent. c'est la ou il me demande de désactiver les protections résidentes, qu'il ne peut pas l'ouvrir.

suis prête à le poster, juste une question, concernant la confidentialité adresse ip etc... çà figurera sur le rapport? je dois effacer quelquechose avant? ce n'est pas rapport à toi, mais à d'autres lecteurs mal intentionné peut être..?
