Problème Epson RX400

Bonsoir, j'ai un problème avec mon imprimante Epson Stylus Photo RX420, lors de l'instalation des pilotes elle n'est pas reconnus.... il me disent de brancher l'imprimante avec l'ordi par cable USB, je le fait, l'ordi remarque qu'il y'a un nouveau logiciel mais pas le logiciel et il poirote... Aidez moi !
