Hello,
I have a connection problem with my Epson Stylus SX 215 printer: when I connect my USB cable, the PC detects the device but an error message appears indicating a problem that occurred during the software installation. I have uninstalled the program several times and every time I reinstall, the same issue arises. I've tried everything, I don't know what to do anymore. Can someone help me?

I'm not a pro so help!! I changed the 4 cartridges of my Epson Stylus SX215 printer and since then I can print in photocopy mode but when I try to print a document, it says: printer not ready; I checked the connections, everything seems normal. What should I do?

You need to enable the print spooler! Then install it, and everything works!

During the automatic installation part, at the end, there is a detection problem, yet the printer is properly connected!
In manual mode, when installing Easy Photo Print, the detection also fails!
However, in copy mode or even when inserting an SD card into the printer, it prints!

You should check the device manager to see if there are any errors regarding the USB port in question. Otherwise, you should uninstall everything related to Epson and then reinstall everything, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, only connect the printer when the software prompts you to.
After that, if it still doesn't work, it means there is a problem with the USB port management of the printer.
The best thing to do is to go to the EPSON website to find a solution to this problem.

But why does it open a window on the PC as soon as I plug an SD card into the printer? The USB must be working fine then?
