Hello,
I wanted to print a PDF document just before realizing that I had made a mistake in choosing the print options (I forgot to check the "manual duplex printing" box - for your information, I have a HP Deskjet 6540). So I directly canceled that print job and started another one... But here's the catch, the canceled print job is still in the queue showing "Deleting - Printing in progress" for over an hour and it doesn’t seem to want to budge... I can’t do anything, I’ve tried canceling, pausing, restarting, reinstalling the drivers, nothing works, it's driving me crazy.
Can someone please tell me what I should do before this damn Vista drives me insane? :(

Hello velvetsoul,
*Go to Start, right-click on Computer, Manage, small + Services and Applications, Services, in the right window, look for Print Spooler, right-click, properties, stop the service.
*Go to the Windows folder, System32, Spool, open the PRINTERS folder and delete everything inside.
*Restart, go back to start the Print Spooler service.
See you!

Thanks a LOT ???? personally I'm so bad that I didn't go into Windows system 32, I don't know how to do it but it worked anyway.
