Bonjour,
j'ai de nombreux symptômes différents depuis ce matin. Entre autres : mon Pc ne reconnait plus la carte son, je ne peux plus ouvrir de nombreux logiciels (dont internet explorer ou malwarebytes), les dossiers ouverts ne laissent pas d'icône dans la barre de tâches (qui avait d'ailleurs un temps disparu), je ne peux pas utiliser la recherche dans le menu Démarrer, ni bouger des fichiers de place (par ex., je peux ouvrir les fichiers word mais pas les changer de dossier, je ne peux pas faire non plus de copier-coller).
En gros, seul Mozilla, Word et Spybot démarrent. Par contre, je ne peux pas mettre à jour Spybot. Je ne peux pas non plus réinstaller Malware car il me met Run-time Error 312, Failed to load control 'vbalsGrid for Vbalsgrid6.ocx.
J'imagine que tout cela provient d'un même problème mais lequel ? Je précise que depuis le début des symptômes, j'ai supprimé un trojan AdobeR.exe provenant de ma clé USB mais cela n'a rien changé.

télécharge GenProc http://www.genproc.com/GenProc.exe
double-clique sur GenProc.exe et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

Je viens de le lancer, il a cherché quelques instants et a mis : Le fichier est introuvable. (Fichier txt). Ensuite quand je le relance il se referme aussitôt.

Je viens de voir que j'ai quelques fichiers dans un dossier genpro dans mon disque dur mais qui ressemble à un rapport. De plus, je ne peux pas faire de copier coller. Est ce que je fais un hijack this ?
---> Télécharge Gmer http://www2.gmer.net/gmer.zip sur ton Bureau.
---> Extrais le contenu de l'archive puis renomme gmer.exe en tib.exe (Le .exe n'est pas forcément visible).
sur ton burreau
---> Double-clique sur tib.exe.
---> si tu as un message warning
comme celui la

clique non puis save, et enregistre sur ton Bureau "gmer.txt".
---> Double-clique sur "gmer.txt", le rapport apparaît, poste-le.

J'ai oublié un mot : rien qui ressemble à un rapport. Sinon, j'ai des dossiers Arguments, Canned, Changelog, outil, et page. Est-ce qu'un rapport peut être là dedans, par ex le fichier Debug.txt ?
