Sofa scam

Hello, in June 2009 I received a phone call saying to come and pick up my prize but I believe you know the rest.
The problem is that my husband and I were tricked with a so-called voucher of 1500 euros to deduct from a leather sofa priced at 7000 euros. After deducting their nonsense, the sofa is worth 3900 euros. Not knowing leather sofa prices, we thought it was a good deal, so we took out an interest-free loan over ten months starting in February 2010. But I no longer want these scam sofas that are worth less than 2000 euros. There's no way to contact them; they have flown away without a trace, even in Bordeaux, we called but no one answers.
Thank you for helping me if anyone has been a victim of this scam, because they also took my old sofas, still new. Moreover, the director told me that if I don’t like the sofas after six months, he would take them back, which is strange. But I will go to their headquarters in Bordeaux if necessary to retrieve my sofas and take legal action against them.
So if you have a similar case to mine, let me know; it will help me with my steps.
My case took place in Wambrechie in the north in June 2009.

Hi.

This question is rather off-topic in this section of the site dedicated to new technologies.
It would be wiser to rephrase it on http://droit-finances.commentcamarche.net/forum/ where it can be addressed in a more targeted and relevant manner.

Thank you.

See you!
