Hello,
I have a Dell laptop that probably has a power connector issue.
I heard about the Atelier du Portable in Paris.
I went on their website, and indeed, they offer all kinds of repairs.
But I wonder if it’s worth it.
Do you know this company? Is getting this repair done worthwhile in your opinion?

I am currently dealing with them for a repair, and so far I am satisfied, even though my order is not finalized (so take this review with caution). They always respond quickly on the phone, can inform you about the status of your order and what has been done and will be done with precision. The representatives I have spoken to have always been friendly and honest, it seems.
My phone broke down this weekend, and I would like to know if you were satisfied with the interventions from the Atelier du portable (timeliness, cost, quality of repairs).
