Problème avec le virus total security
Bonjour,
Je suis nouveau sur le forum,j'espère que vous m'accorderEz votre aide.
J'ai été infecté par le rogue total security et je suis parvenu à faire disparaitre les alertes intempestives.
Toutefois mon pc refuse de se restaurer et cela m'inquiète beaucoup.
Etant assez nul en informatique,je ne peux utilisez les logiciels de désinfection de peur de causer des dégats irréparables.Pouvez me donnez la marche à suivre car je suis très inquiet.

Bonour Xplode et merci pour ta réponse,j'avais déjà effectué le scanner Malware Byte et voici le rapport qui suit mais en allant sur internet j'ai lu que malware n'était pas suffisant pour enlever complétement total security.A mon grand désespoir mon ordinateur refuse toujours de restaurer.Quefaire?

[x] Va dans l'onglet " Restauration du Système ", puis coche " Désactiver la restauration système "
[x] Clique sur " Ok " , redémarre ton PC, rend toi encore une fois dans " Restauration du système "

Encore merci de ta réponse,J'ai effectué la manip que tu m'as donné mais mon PC refuse toujours de restaurer à une date antérieure à la date d'arrivée du virus.Peut-etre faudrait-il désinfecter complétement le PC mais je connais pas la démarche à suivre.Pourrais-tu m'aider?Encore merci à toi.

Contributeur sécuritéPourquoi veux-tu restaurer avant l'arrivée du virus ? ton PC est débarassé de total security non ? de plus maintenant je t'ai fais purger la restauration système donc tu n'as plus qu'un seul point de restauration c'est celui que tu viens de crée en faisant la deuxième manip'

Merci à toi,tu as raison un point de restauration a effectivement été créé.Je pense m'etre mal exprimer.Je pense que total security n'a pas été totalement retiré car la mise à jour de mes antivirus bugue et échoue.Je voulais savoir s'il y avait une marche à suivre avec des programmes à télécharger pour désinfecter mon pc.En fait je ne suis pas sur que total security soit totalement parit.Merci de ta réponse

[x] Télécharge Random's System Information Tool à cette adresse : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
[x] Double clique sur " RSIT.exe ".
[x] Clique sur " Continue ".
[x] Si hijackthis n'est pas présent il sera automatiquement téléchargé et tu devras accepter la license.
[x] Une fois l'analyse finie, deux fichiers ( info.txt & log.txt ) s'ouvriront.
[x] Copie colle le contenu des deux rapports dans ton prochain message

[x] Branche tout tes médias amovibles ( clés USB, DD externe )
[x] Lance USBfix en cliquant sur l'icône qui est sur ton bureau ( Clique droit -> Executer en tant qu'administrateur pour vista )
[x] Choisis l'option F ( pour français ) et valide en appuyant sur entrée.
[x] Au menu principal, choisi l'option 1
[x] Laisse l'outil travailler puis poste le rapport dans ton prochain message

Si oui, rebranche la et relance l'option n°2 car la il ne trouve rien alors qu'il trouvait des clé infectieuse au premier rapport -
Cette fois j'ai tout laissé et le processus s'est terminé normalement sauf que le nettoyage de disque s'est lancé en même temps ,voici le rapport:
