Hello,

I have an issue with my Revoltek Fightmouse Pro
(https://www.materiel.net/souris-pc/l480/

It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting nonstop (I hear the Windows sound). Since it's only a few months old, I initially thought it might be a USB port problem. Additionally, I had a similar issue with my old Advance mouse.

However, during testing, it turns out that all my other USB devices are functioning fine.

I then unboxed my old mouse and started testing! I noticed that the mice often got stuck when I lifted them high enough for the laser to lose contact (but not always). Later on, I understood that twisting the cable in a certain direction (the same direction for each mouse) would systematically disconnect them. However, when I leave them resting on the work surface without being jostled too much, they never disconnect.

So, I come to two conclusions:

- both of my mice have an identical fault (I find it hard to believe).
- the problem is indeed with the USB port. But if that's the case, I don't know what to do.

Any ideas, experiences, or solutions?

Thank you in advance.

I found the solution to the problem.
1- Go to Device Manager by typing it in the search bar.
2- Go to Mice and other pointing devices and select the mouse.
3- Go to Power Management.
4- And finally disable the second option which says "Allow this device to wake the computer from sleep."
There you go, the problem is solved. :)

I did that. But the problem persists.

Me personally, nothing was working, so I hit my mouse against the desk and miraculously it worked perfectly.
