You should start by contacting skyrock and not CCM :).

It is software that allows you to connect to IRC servers (chat) but it is very comprehensive software.
With a few good scripts, it proves to be a great friend for moderators.

You must be over 16 years old
And you need a sponsor to guide you and teach you the basics of mIRC!
There's plenty to learn, but don't give up; you can find a sponsor (an add operator or ircop to sponsor you and test you, you will be an op in test, then you take a test and become op after add, and if you pass the next test, you can become an add operator; you can find a sponsor (add operator in the list of the operators' blog that you can find here " https://operateurs.skyrock.com/2109744955-Les-operateurs-du-chat-Skyrock.html "
and ask an op if they want to sponsor you; there's lots to learn and you must not lose heart, and you need courage and desire and be very motivated and especially have free time
