Probleme de validation XHTML 1.0 Transitional

voila, j'essaie de valider mon site au norme XHTML 1.0 Transitional iso-8859-1 et je galère a faire valider une partie de la page. Voici les erreurs:

La première, je vois pas d'autre moyen de gérer mes sans <noscript> qui apparement est la cause! Donc, que vous me conseillez vous?

La deuxième, je comprend tout simplement pas l'erreur! Donc eclairer moi SVP. Le code complet est:
