Build a robot

Hello, I'm 14 years old and I'm passionate about computing and robotics. I would like to build a small robot using recycled materials, nothing too complicated, just a little thing that works or something like that since I'm not an expert. I can get some equipment; I have an old computer that I'm about to throw away, so I can take stuff from inside it. I also have my old remote-controlled cars, so I can take the motors or other parts from them. I have some old Meccano pieces and motors as well, and I also have my old Game Boy Advance (I'm not sure if that can be very useful), and my dad works in the automotive industry, so I can access electronic systems from cars.
So, can I do something with that? I'd be willing to spend a little money but no more than €20.
Thanks
Configuration: Windows XP Safari 530.19.1

    Hello

You can easily create a robot with computer hardware. You just need knowledge in programming and electronics.

Hi, I'm just like you, but if I were you, I would try to salvage switches from remote controls, your car remotes, and very long cables, like from fairy lights, vacuum cleaner cables, etc.
With all that, I built a small car with a remote control that’s connected to the car by cables.
You’re free to use your imagination (combat robot, human robot, but that’s more complicated, regular robot).
There you go, I hope this helps you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Listen, you can use a laptop, then an RC car that you will modify so it can support your laptop (you need to have a healthy battery on your laptop, then go attach a webcam to the laptop, try to find small bits of plastic, wood, metal, and a fair amount of DIY materials to make the support, make sure your RC car has a good motor because everything depends on the weight, otherwise I recommend using a netbook or a pico-itx PC with a small enough power supply, then with the webcam you connect it and put MSN on it, make sure you have Wi-Fi, then create another email account to connect to and then, put the webcam there and you can see, and so you use the RC remote control to operate it while looking at the webcam, it makes a reconnaissance robot ^^

Don't forget to put a cover on to protect your laptop just in case.

Well, for a robot, you need to mess with the RC stuff, not the PCs. Like, you add a motorized arm using the motor from a remote-controlled car; the PC or the Game Boy is useless.

    Hello

For building your robot, I recommend checking out: construction. I saw an explanation of this kind

I would like to make a 30 cm tall human-shaped robot like Real Steel
but I don't know how to do it.
