Bonjour,
J'ai un gros problème ! Je possède un PC, je l'ai allumé aujourd'hui et une fenêtre system security s'est affichée me faisant un scanner de mon ordi et me disant que plusieurs de mes fichiers étaient infectés. Quand j'ai voulu les enlever la fenêtre me précise que pour ce faire il faut que j'achète l'antivirus et me demande mon numéro de carte bleue. Le problème est que je n'ai accès à plus aucun dossier et que je ne peux strictement plus rien faire dès que je clique quelque part la fenêtre system security me dit (en anglais) que mon ordi est infecté et que je ne peux pas effectuer cette manoeuvre ! Je ne peux même accéder à word ou à la suppression des programmes rien du tout ! Même le fond d'écran a été changé tout seul ! Y a-t-il un moyen de remédier à tout ça je suis vraiment nulle en informatique ! Merci d'avance j'ai vraiment besoin de me servir de mon pc !!

Slt,
scan avec malwarebyte , fais un scan rapide et colle le rapport obtenu et vire ce qui est trouvé:

Télécharge ici :
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).
NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit -
Mais le problème c'est que je ne peux plus accéder à internet pour télécharger quoi que ce soit ! je suis bloquée dès que j'essaie de cliquer sur un icône (là j'écris de mon pc portable...) Que faire ?

peux tu transferer les logiciels indiqué depuis une clé usb en les téléchargeant depuis ton autre pc ?

sinon demarre en mode sans echec l'ordi en appuyant sur F8 ou F5 ou suppr au demarrage du pc, choisi de demarrer en mode sans echec puis restaure ton pc avant le souci:

et colle un scan en ligne de chez bitdefender et passe malwarebyte

Je suis en mode sans échec mais la restauration n'a pas fonctionné pas et quand j'essaie le scan avec bitdefender il me dit scan failed ca marche aps non plus j'essaie avec malwarebyte ?

colle un rapport avec super antispyware:

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
et enregistre le sur le bureau.
déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.
désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)
double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions
à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt
réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware
copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.
Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Je comprend pas mais combofix ca ne marche pas non plus et je ne peux pas télécharger superspyware ou malwarebytes rien en se passe quand je clique sur combofix jai redemarré mon pc en mode normal (pas en mode sans echec) il refonctionne mais jaimerai etre sure que le virus a disparu...

CCleaner https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download (FileHippo). Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires. Lance-le et clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. Ferme le programme.
