Hello,

I placed an order on the website kingfwear.com on 09/07/2009, I did receive the item but unfortunately the size did not match.

I then decided to return it by Colissimo as indicated in the procedure except that I hadn't seen that I needed to include a return slip.

I sent them three emails, no response, I tried to contact them by phone for over 10 minutes each time at 0.34 cents per minute during opening hours of course, I never managed to reach them.

I’m starting to lose some patience and I fear I will not see my money again...(I had requested a credit note to reorder the next size up)
If anyone has a solution to offer me

(If I had known I would have checked the quality of this site because apparently it’s a nice scam site, I have noticed that there have been quite a few issues with orders.)

    I ordered from this site on July 10 with delivery to my home in 48 hours. It was a gift that I wanted to give a week later. I received it on... July 25!!! I tried to call customer service several times (the number starts with an 08, on top of that...) but no one answered. I also asked for a representative to call me back three times with no response. I sent 4 emails with no reply. Upon receiving my order, I requested a refund of the shipping fees since the deadlines had not been met (great gift!). They finally responded to me on August 9 (even though my last email was dated July 26) that they would send me a refund check for the shipping fees within ten days. It's August 23 now, and I haven't received anything. Of course, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone; on the contrary, I strongly advise against it because if you have a problem, you can be sure that no one will respond to you, or at worst, you will be promised something that won’t be delivered!

      I ordered a hood. I received it within 48 hours. Delivered to my home. With tracking for delivery. I have no complaints. For my part, the site is more than correct. I had some doubts before placing the order because of the reviews, but I took a chance. I thought, at worst, I'd lose €40 or, at best, I'd make a good deal. It's true that not everything can be perfect with these platforms.

    I ordered the day before yesterday for a fairly large amount, I received it today and I am very satisfied!! Plus, I had a very kind lady for a verification.

    Hello

    I ordered an item on Wednesday night, yesterday I received an email saying the order is unavailable
    and that I would be given a store credit, I do not want their store credit, I want my refund

    shameful, I do not recommend

      It's the same thing.. I've been requesting a refund for a week without success and despite 2 unanswered emails. I find it dishonest to automatically convert it into store credit... and we are not their bank, the refund should be automatic for an unavailable item. It borders on a scam...

    Ok, all's well that ends well, I have been credited, but the return and shipping costs of the new order are at my expense, so it's a loss of money in this story.

    Strange what I just read...

    I have been a customer for 5 years, NO issues with them.
    Customer service is very responsive, they reply to my emails within the same day.
    Packages are received 2/3 days after ordering.
    Returns are credited about ten days after return.
    The clothes are of good quality.

      Hello, I ordered on November 21st and still nothing. I send them emails but get no response, and I can't even track my package.

    I recently placed an order on this site and I received everything just fine! It seems that they are working on their customer service. In any case, I am completely satisfied with my order and I recommend this site. And apparently, I am not the only one!
