Hello

No # SIRET: normal. This thing claims to be located in the UK (London..).

If that's the case, one wonders why the equivalent of SIRET, in other words the 'Company Number', is not mentioned in the 'Legals'.

More worryingly, this Company remains unknown when searching the UK government site for Companies (declared therefore legitimate).

Moreover, the price of some products is outrageously low, which goes against the Brands' policy: we don’t discount!

The site's 'template' strangely resembles that of already encountered fraudulent sites.

Hypothesis:

Ghost and fraudulent site somewhat better crafted than average.. Very likely not located in the UK (but in Asia).. No recourse in case of a problem..

There is a risk in venturing to give your credit card information:

1- No delivery.. Total loss..
2- Fraudulent reuse.. Troubles..

But everyone does what they want! (But don’t come complaining afterwards..)

I also got scammed! I ordered a pair of Air Max 97 on 11/23/2017 and I never received anything even though they were supposed to deliver within 48 hours. When I contacted them on Messenger to ask why I never received a confirmation email, they blocked me! I'm disgusted! Should I file a complaint?

I also got scammed on this site, I contacted them on Facebook saying I was going to file a complaint and they replied "that I was annoying them and that they wouldn't talk to me anymore," and they were using the informal "you."

I should have checked the forum earlier... I ordered the Nike VaporMax, I received the order confirmation and the invoice, but since today, nothing has been updated regarding the shipping of the order. I've notified the bank, and once the payment is made, I should report it to prevent any future debits. Do the same.

Order placed on 10/11 and no info on delivery tracking or anything!
Despite 4 or 5 emails sent to get information, still no response to this day!
Obviously, the amount was debited immediately!...(195 € is painful!!!...)

Hello. I too was a victim of this shitty site. Nike Huarache at 50% off for my son's 12th birthday. Never received them, had to change my bank card because nothing would stop them from charging me again!! Bravo, bunch of scammers.

Apparently, a scam website. We ordered a pair of shoes for €105 (estimated value over €200) on 21/11/17 and we will most likely never see them.
Our emails have been received and read but remain unanswered!
We have no news about our order; however, of course, the payment has been successfully processed!
We will file a complaint with the police.
Consider this a warning.

Unfortunately, we always discover the scam too late! My son sent me a link saying he would like these sneakers for Christmas; I asked him if he checked that the site was secure (grrr at 11 PM I didn't look further, I paid) resulting in a debit of €105, no order confirmation, no payment receipt, no tracking... I will follow your advice and block the payment with my bank (I used my business card, with a bit of luck I will be refunded) and contact the fraud prevention authorities. If anyone decides to create a collective effort to stop this site from ripping people off and reclaim our money, let me know! Thank you.

Here's what I did: first, I filed an opposition on my account to prevent further withdrawals, then I opened a dispute with my bank to implement the insurance that comes with your credit card; if you're lucky enough to have a Visa Premier or Business, there are no issues. I provided a copy of the unanswered emails with my file, and the refund will be processed within three weeks. Then, I reported it to the fraud prevention department.

I would also like to know if this site is reliable or not... In terms of legal notices, everything is there except the SIRET number. I didn't notice any spelling mistakes, and the comments are all along the lines of "everything is great, thanks again" with very generic usernames like "Max" or "Thomas," which I find invalid.

Flee this site, it's a big scam!!!! I never received an order confirmation and I've been charged twice the amount of €85... no tracking number, nothing, no response to my emails. No package received to this day. So be cautious.

I am in the same situation as you, unfortunately I ordered a pair of sneakers for 85 euros on Monday night without paying much attention and so far I haven't received a confirmation email, which brought me to this forum and your comments, and I have no doubt about the unreliability of the site.. But one question is running through my mind: after the first purchase, so after entering my credit card details, am I at risk of having money taken from my account without my knowledge? Or do they just "settle" for the money paid for the purchase of a non-existent pair of sneakers?

I informed my bank, and as soon as the payment is processed, they will open a fraud case... Even after trying to contact them on Facebook, they tell me they will respond, but still nothing. Good evening, I have the same issue, but unlike all of you, I received a payment confirmation email and an order confirmation email with an order number that only contains letters... strange, but still nothing either, no shipping email or news... I placed the order on November 4, 2017. It's unfortunate that people as unhealthy as this end up like this...
What is the best course of action in our case??

I saw on Facebook that some people have received theirs but apparently it's taking a bit long and not necessarily the quality we expect!
I sent a message to cancel the order, but so far no response...
I also contacted my bank where they told me they could not do anything because basically we paid ourselves, we accepted the terms, so they cannot reverse the payment...
If we don't receive anything and have lost our money, apparently the only thing to do is to file a complaint against them.

Confirmation email with tracking number, etc. I even sent a follow-up email. I received a reply the next day, but here I am, more than a week later without news of my shoes, so of course I'm fearing the worst...

Bonsoir, dans le même cas, la plupart d'entre vous a reçu par mail le bon de commande avec une taille ne correspondant pas à celle sélectionnée et la confirmation du paiement, mais aucune nouvelle depuis... Pour le moment, aucun prélèvement n'a été effectué, mais bon, belle arnaque, je pense. Si quelqu'un d'entre vous a des infos sur les recours auxquels nous pouvons avoir accès, merci.

I also ordered from this site, I haven't received any confirmation email.
So I wrote to the seller saying that I didn't have the confirmation email or a tracking number, they asked me to send them the reference number, which I don't have. Anyway, it's best to avoid them; if I receive my order, I'll let you know, otherwise, I will file a complaint.
P.S.: on Facebook, they respond but it sounds like a 13-year-old kid is replying... suspicious..
