In my opinion, it's not reliable.
Here’s why:
firstly, in the whois No info, the site's host is American.
In fact, it's a Chinese site; see in return and exchange:

For once the site has an address... In Hong Kong.. The 'London' address should be verified but it's probably just nonsense..

In case of dispute, only the courts of this territory (H.K New Territories) can be approached (Mission impossible..).

Announced discounts of up to 90% don't seem right.. Payment possible via W.U even less..

Nevertheless, the site is less anonymous than others but watch out for sizes.. There are often problems (Sizes are too small..). Delivery times are likely to be loooong. Customs fees + forwarding agent are probable..

  I agree, the site is attractive but not reliable at all. I am still waiting for my ordered clothes from January for 130 euros. Delays have been extended due to the Chinese New Year, and contact with the Chinese site is very difficult. The few clothes I have received are of terrible quality... nothing like what the site showed...

  Never order from this site
  clothes of poor quality with children's sizes. Different model even in cut for the clothes that are on their site and those you receive. I have never been refunded even after returning their cheap products. They are quick to take your money but never refund. Beware of Chinese thieves... do not give them your money anymore because since their existence, they have become quite wealthy so think carefully because they are good at web design but not in products...

  Hello, I think I've just been scammed by Fashionmia because I placed my order on April 29th and I can't even track it; the tracking stops at the departure from China and it never arrives at Canada Post. I've been robbed of over 100 dollars.

  Here is my experience: I ordered 3 winter jackets in November 2015. I received only 1 (it was the cheapest of the three) and it is very small. The waiting time is about 1 month. I sent an email to inquire about my 2 other jackets paid for 3 days ago, and I haven't received any updates yet. I will keep you posted on the follow-up.

Do not order from Fashion Mia; the low prices are justified by very poor quality items, and the sizing is all over the place—either way too small, like really tiny, or way too big. The fabrics are of very low quality, and in the end, it doesn't look like the photos.
These are fake promotions because the items received aren't even worth the price paid.

I agree with Alisea689, the articles are not wearable. The photos of the items are stolen from another sales website. It's impossible to get a refund for anything.

  I have a women's clothing website, and they have hacked my photos, selling my dresses at rock-bottom prices, not even the cost of the fabric... and Sammy Dress is the same, these types of sites copy the photos... and send you a dress that is not made with the quality of the fabric, or even the same fabric as in the photo...
  and you have, like me, no possible recourse because they are untraceable...
  So be careful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This site presents its products well, but when they arrive, it's hit or miss: either super cheap (very thin fabric, coarse seams) or the XL corresponds to a small size 40...

Either the product is somewhat acceptable and the size matches European standards. But that's only one out of four products.
Moreover, there's never any label on the clothing: you don't even know what it's made of or how to wash it (even though everything can be machine washed at 30° without any problems). Anyway, one can wonder what's in the fabric...

Also, never count on a refund if there's a problem: once the payment is received, it is never refunded, even if you cancel the order or return the product. I partially canceled an order on my part, and after dragging it out for several months ("yes, yes, we will refund you") they completely stopped responding to my requests. And they had the audacity to mark the case as "closed" on my account when I threatened to post messages on forums, with screenshots to back it up (of course, I had taken the time to make the screenshots beforehand. So I have the entire history of exchanges).
The clothes are tempting, but honestly, it's not worth it, given the poor quality (given the price, it was to be expected...), but above all, you can have NO confidence in this site.

So I confirm... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  I ordered a package; it was a group order with my friends for a show, but the package arrived very late (after our show). And the tracking was pretty complicated as well. When I went to the sorting facility to try to recover it in vain, I was told that the delay came from the sender Fashionnova, who took their time.
  
  So I wanted to refuse the package once delivered, as I didn't want to pay the shipping costs for a 4 kg package! FASHIONNVA told me they would refund me, but ultimately, their policy changed and they do not refund when a package is refused!
  
  I've been fighting with them for 2 months, sending 10 emails a day, and I’m harassing them on social media; they respond once every two times and still don’t resolve the problem. In the end, they blocked me from their Facebook page, deleted all my comments, and no longer respond to my emails!!
  
  My order was worth 100 EUROS, and now I find myself WITHOUT A PACKAGE AND WITHOUT A REFUND!! And it's impossible to get a resolution!!! I'm desperate; they are big SCAMMERS!!
  
  If you ever have a problem with this site, don't count on them to resolve it. It's a lost cause!!

    My bank account was immediately debited twice the amount of what I bought, and without any explanation;
    Today, 10 days after my order, I still haven't received my dress.
    
    Their Customer Service, which I contacted by email, responds that THEY CAN'T FIND ME!!!! LOL
    They managed to find me to debit my bank account, but to send me my purchase - they can't find me! LOL
    In short, this is a scam site.

Seduced by photos of beautiful clothes, I made the mistake of placing two simultaneous orders in October 2015. For the first order, I received one dress out of five (the cheapest one). The dress in question looks like a crumpled ball of fabric. For the second order, no news. In response to my twenty-eight messages, I occasionally receive a polite reply telling me that I will be refunded very soon. And this has been going on for 8 months...
Fashionmia has positive reviews posted on all rating sites. You will see several positive reviews appear as soon as a negative review is published.

This site is not reliable, I placed an order in July 2017, my account was immediately debited, I finally received 2 dresses out of the 3 I ordered in September and since then, after several complaints, I still have not received the third dress nor any refund and even less a response to my complaints...
A piece of advice, stay away from fashionmia.com...

In my opinion, it's unclear, no invoice with return slip, unjustified charges. I gave them my opinion, it's illegal selling. Their response: we will refund you and you keep the merchandise. Email sent with a copy to the fraud control. I'm waiting for the refund and keeping the package on hold.

I see that several people have been scammed, including myself.
I didn't have a chance to read these comments before placing my order, believe me, I wouldn't have done it.
Summary of the trouble caused: Order placed as soon as the money was debited from my account. Order received a month later, I am not
satisfied = rag. So I cancel my second order which had already been charged, and I return the first one, all after communicating with Fashionmia who promised me that I would be refunded. Almost $200.00
Read the excuses carefully: I'll summarize. 1) I ask you to be patient.
2) Sorry again for the delay, I’ll ask my colleague to speed things up.... 3) Sorry for the delay due to the holiday season... 4)
There is something wrong with our system.... 5) Sorry for the delay due to the holiday season of the Spring Festival, we are requesting the refund before the end of the holiday from February 28 to March 25....... It was already June 2018 and since October 2017 they've been telling me they still need time for the refund and suggest I place a new order. Well yes, they must think I'm crazy, they have my details and can charge me as much as they want once the order is placed. This is FASHIONMIA, THEIR CLOTHING IS WORTHLESS, even less their word, they are scammers to say the least. I will send them another message on Facebook.

Site to avoid at all costs. Poor quality clothing. Poorly tailored. Torn. Transparent. Impossible to return as it is at our own expense. They refuse to refund even though the received clothes are unwearable. Shameful.

I ordered a dress in March 2018, I waited 3 months before receiving my order... What's more, it wasn't really my order, it was a white t-shirt with awful patterns! For 40 euros, that's bullsh*t! I sent several messages on the site via "contact us," sometimes left without response and sometimes "taken into consideration"... I've been fighting for months to get a refund. I was told that I would only be refunded 8 euros (which I still haven't seen, by the way), so I keep harassing them for a full refund... I no longer believe it will happen, but it doesn't hurt them to receive a kick in the a** from me every now and then! ;)
Conclusion: I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST buying from this sh*tty site!!!
