Besoin d'aide sous peine de craquage

Bonjour,

Ca fait 3 semaines que je me prends la tête sur un cheval de troie qui est entré sur mon ordi...comment j'aimerais bien le savoir????? bref Avast ne le detecte pas et spybot ne peut pas le virer

Je fais quoiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii, je monte une écurie en attendant le prochain????

Plus sérieusement j'ai vraiment besoin d'aide, je ne suis pas super calée en informatique mais avce un minimum d'explication je devrais pouvoir m'en sortir

il se trouve dans le répertoire suivant : 

C:\Users
om user \AppData\Local et se nomme : mgymy

Je ne peux pas supprimer ce fichier mais ceux qui ont la même terminaison oui. Sauf qu'a chaque fois tout revient parceque "la racine" n'est pas détruite.

Résultat : des messages en anglais partent sur les messageries des mes contacts MSN notamment

au secoursss peut tu faire ceci :

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

Pffiou...  ton windows est officiel non ?

car tu as un nombre impressionnat de mise a jour en retard tu n'as meme pas le SP1 de vista, adobe, java etc...

ensuite tu as pas de logiciel de securité dont 2 antivirus ce qui est TRES dedconseillé car le PC rame et tu moins bien protege, en + tu n'as pas installé les meilleurs a mon sens.

donc deja va dans :

-demarrer
-panneau de configuration
-ajout et suppression de programme
- et desinstalle TOUT les composant de NORTON
-Desinstalle aussi AD Aware qui n'est pas trés efficace

ensuite utilise aussi cette outils pour supprimer les traces de norton :

#  Téléchargez et enregistrez Navilog1 sur le Bureau.

# Sous XP : double-cliquez sur l'icône pour lancer l'outil.
# Sous vista : faites un clic droit sur Navilog1 présent sur le Bureau et choisissez "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

# Choisissez l'option 1 (Recherche / Désinfection Automatique).

# Sélectionnez les disques que vous voulez analyser puis cliquer sur Lancer l'examen.
# Laissez maintenant l'analyse se réaliser.
# Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliquez sur OK puis sur Afficher les résultats.
# Vérifiez que tout soit bien coché et cliquez sur supprimer la sélection. 

ensuite pour les mise a jour cela evite les faille de securité:

va dans :

-demarrer
-panneau de configuration
-ajout et suppression de programme
- et desinstalle tout les composant "JAVA UPDATE"
- ainsi que Adobe reader

puis installe la derniere version ici  https://java.com/fr/

ensuite pour adobe reader installe le ici :  https://get2.adobe.com/fr/reader/otherversions/

ensuite va dans :

-demarrer
- tout les programmes
- Windows update
- et Recherche des mises a jour et installe les TOUTES (tu va en avoir pour un bon moment)

et après tous sa reposte moi un nouveau RSIT pour controler si les mises a jour sont faites et si il ne reste + rien.

au passage AVANT de passer navilog :

tu fait ctr+alt+suppr
 - onglet processus
- selectione TeaTimer
- puis tu clic sur terminer processus

et ensuite au prochain demarrage spybot te demandera un tas de modification de registre etc.. tu les acceptera TOUTES sans exceptions

non mais t'inquite les scans ne dure pas plus de 15 min.

ce qui va te prendre le plus de temps c'est les mises a jour windows update, tu auras pas fini aujourd'hui comme tu l'as compris pa contre les scan tu peux les faire d'ici 1 h mais l'un après l'autre PAS EN MEME TEMPS
