Small cursor in Word

Question

Hello,  For a while now, my cursor has been tiny in some of my Word files. I don't know how to fix the situation.  Thank you

However, I discovered that by simply changing the screen zoom (from 100% to 75%) once, and then returning to the original zoom, the cursor returns to its normal size. I have tested this at least twice and it worked both times.

Well, here’s the second time: I too, with Word 2003, notice that the cursor, at certain times (rarely) shortens: it reaches halfway up the characters of the line.

Apart from that, everything seems to work normally. But it’s annoying...
