Hello,

I currently have an HP Pavilion and I have this problem. I had it before on another computer, and I resolved it by pressing the Insert key... On the Pavilion keyboard (http://www.laptopspirit.fr/wp-content/uploads/new/hp-pavilion-g7-2355sf-2.jpg), I believe it's located on the Print Screen key, but it doesn't work (Alt key / Shift key...)
If someone would be kind enough to take a little time to help me, that would be great (well, I’ll stop writing now because I’m afraid I’ll have to correct my text if I make a mistake ^^)

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 48.0.2564.109

Hi,

Try using the function key Fn (between the Ctrl and Windows keys at the bottom left of your keyboard) + the print screen key.

Thank you for your help, but I don't know how, it's back to normal... This topic won't be helpful for others who have the same problem with this keyboard, sorry... And have a good evening to you ;)

Thank you very much for your help because it's not easy to find the "insert" key on laptops.
