Hello,

I would like to draw the attention of all internet users frequenting virtual casinos, especially the sites CASINO770 and POKER770.

A few months ago, I was a victim of credit card fraud on various sites, particularly on casino770 where my casino account was used and my bank account was debited.

CASINO770 claims to have unmatched transparency and security for banking data, which is completely false.
They also present themselves as respectable professionals in gaming, guaranteeing payments and confidentiality.

I blocked my credit card and reported the illicit transactions to my bank.
A complaint was filed.
I informed CASINO770 of this incident without receiving any response.

For several weeks, the 770 company has been harassing me by phone DAY and NIGHT for payment, both by email and phone.
I changed my phone number to stop their harassment.

CASINO770 has contacted my family members from the directory and has been threatening them for several weeks, inventing a story of fraud that I supposedly committed...

I let you read the email I sent them.

Copy of the email sent to POKER 770

POKER770 player account: "XXXXX"

Sir,

I acknowledge all your emails asking me to contact you, particularly the one where you threatened to summon my uncle Mr. XXXX to the police station for fraud.

A few months ago, I filed a complaint for credit card fraud for various purchases, particularly on your insecure site.

Your methods of operation are harassment and resemble a mafia-style operation, even going so far as to invent an imaginary story of fraud in my name involving person XXXX from a phone number I don’t know where it comes from...

I will however take a stand by writing on multiple forums about your way of proceeding, so that internet users are informed before even registering on your site.

Your accusations by phone against my family constitute defamation and will be prosecuted.

Furthermore, to improve our relations, I invite you to change your tone and act professionally, cease the telephone harassment of my family, and address the competent police services regarding my complaint who will contact me.

Regarding your bonus of 200 euros, I invite you to credit it to me for the moral prejudice caused by your incessant harassment of me and my family.
A complaint will be filed and damages will be sought if your management service does not understand the subject of this message.

I will keep internet users informed of your actions and the promised credit of 200 euros on the various forums where I will post my comments regarding the group 770 "CASINO770" and "POKER770" (you have presented yourselves to both to Mr. XXXXX).

Regards

XXXX

Until today, I had no issues with casino770, which debited my account without issue when I played and credited me when I won.
But now that I know the true face of this virtual casino, I warn ALL INTERNET USERS who might be lulled by CASINO770’s beautiful words about their reliability and confidentiality.

Casino770 has gone so far as to call all my family members explaining that I committed credit card fraud, even saying that I impersonated one of my uncles on their site.....

I await your comments on this post.

THANK YOU,

Hello,

I have no trust in online casinos; they offer credits without deposit, which is just nonsense, a big scam—nobody wins. I prefer going straight to a real casino; at least you don't get your credit card taken. That's my point of view. Sorry to all those who get taken in.

Have you filed a complaint for the harassment you are experiencing? Has the harassment stopped? If you were not the one who filed it, you did the right thing by reporting the credit card fraud, and you followed the correct procedure to take in such situations. All that remains is to regain your peace of mind.

Telephone harassment is punishable by criminal law: "repeated malicious telephone calls or noise disturbances aimed at disturbing the peace of others are punishable by one year in prison and a fine of 15,000 EUR" (article 222-16 of the penal code).

When in this situation, do not hesitate to file a complaint at the police station or gendarmerie.

To gather sufficient evidence, it is advisable to have witness statements written up by people who have personally observed the harassment. It may also be useful to obtain a medical certificate attesting to a depressive state due to telephone harassment.

A police investigation may take place, which can lead to the monitoring of the telephone line.

Judges, for example, have convicted a person for telephone harassment who made very brief calls repeatedly, reaching up to 11 phone communications in 30 minutes, highlighting the malicious nature of certain calls confirmed by witnesses who heard insults. These facts demonstrated "a clear intent to harass and harm the interlocutor" (Court of Appeal of Pau, December 12, 2001).

Hi David,

I confirm that group 770 has stopped its phone harassment towards my family, just after I posted my testimony about their way of operating on multiple forums...

... However, I regret the silence of group 770 on the multiple forums where I was able to post...

Sincerely

To me and my family, the same thing is happening. After experiencing fraudulent transactions on our bank cards, this casino has called several times.
They are threatening us by email and threatening to file a complaint.

To follow up on your message, I confirm that I am neither a competing group of casino770 nor a braggart, and that if I have spent 1 hour posting messages in various forums including this one, it is not for nothing... (and 1 hour this evening!)

Moreover, you who claim to have been playing for 2 years, you have never specified that you have cashed in any amounts to really evaluate the skills of this casino.

Now I will tell you what I think of your post ;) :

In my opinion, you are simply a representative of the 770 group posing as a delighted and overjoyed player trying to restore the reputation of this so-called "reliable" casino.

You really have to be dense not to understand my messages as well as those of other users who have suffered the same kind of harassment from the threatening and mafia-like techniques of casino770 representatives.

Now, imagining that you are an individual, if you are still as foolish as you have proven to us in your message, I wish you a good continuation and above all do not forget this forum in the years to come... it may not be nice but... I hope you get to know and endure their practices.
Maybe then, you will better understand the purpose of the forum messages, and then, if you still have the energy, you will share your feelings with ours on this forum...
But for that, you will have to swallow your pride ;) or prove to us that you are not a representative of the group...

And to tell you the truth, don’t take people for fools, we are not deceived by your words (below):
To talk about defamation, you really have to feel concerned about the defamation if it does not directly apply to you...
Referring us to a site (casinosguide.net) implies a great involvement in your approach to discredit the comments of users criticizing your site (casino770).
Look at you...
...................your remarks.....
So to avoid this kind of false and defamatory posts, read relevant and trustworthy articles. For those who are unaware of the conditions of first deposit bonuses, go and inform yourself on this article:
https://www.casinosguide.net/information-importante.htm

You will quickly realize that bonuses are very different from what one imagines...

Personally, saying that Casino 770 are crooks... knowing that they have benefited for some time from the Partouche brand is going a bit far...

One piece of advice: Read the conditions of the bonuses!!!!
........................
SO STOP TREATING INTERNET USERS LIKE FOOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AS IF THE FOOTPRINT OF CASINO770 WAS NOT OBVIOUS IN YOUR MESSAGE...

With that, I address all people who are victims of harassment, threats, and mafia-like practices of CASINO770, this forum is for you, do not hesitate to express yourselves and do not let yourselves be lulled by attempts to discredit your messages in responding to these denialists.

Fortunately, freedom of expression still exists in our country because, in a fascist country, the bad faith of the group would be worth the gospel truth...

I will also be happy to respond to you.

I'm writing to let you know that I am one of those who have been scammed by this site, Casino 770. It all started after I checked my bank account through my bank's website. Three debits were made by a certain cas770 in Cyprus, one debit of €50 and two debits of €100. After seeing this, I immediately reported it to my bank, and I also filed a complaint for credit card fraud with the police. Because, on the other hand, I have never been on this site; I found it after seeing the withdrawals from cas770, and they have all my bank and personal details because they also harass me on the phone every day, 4 to 5 times. Today they sent me this email: "We are following up on your last message.

We inform you that a complaint has been filed against you today for credit card fraud.

We remind you that when you logged onto our site, your computer's serial number and your IP address were recorded and this evidence has been submitted to the authorities. We will also send this information to the Bank of France, Visa International, and your bank.
In case of dispute, your details will be recorded as a bad payer in the global database Cybersource which manages most merchant sites.
Awaiting your news, receive our regards.

So I don’t understand how they managed to get all this information about me, and if someone can advise me on the steps I can take after the threats they just made with their future complaint.
It reassures me that I am not the only one who has unfortunately been scammed, and now I really don’t know what to do, so if someone can help me, thank you in advance.
Sincerely.

Hello sweetheart

First of all, don’t worry about this email, it's fake and worthless. First, because they don’t have the right to operate in France, and you can reply that you will be forwarding your story and their email to the ARJEL. Then, I advise you to file a complaint for harassment and defamation because if they want to put you in their database of non-payers when you haven't even played, that’s defamatory, and I would add fraud to that.

Hello Doudou,

For me, the worst is that he seems to be aware of our entire lives... Everyone's phone number, children's names, etc... it's really creepy.

But it's their way of proceeding to put pressure on us and make us give in.

Today, CASINO 770 is asking for our credit card number and in return, they're offering us €500 in chips on their site... They think we're idiots...

I have only one thing to say, I'm not surprised at all... I had a problem with 23 Vegas who didn't want to give me my €100 after I deposited €50 into my account. Since then, I never touch an online casino again = scam. Seriously, if you really want to play casino games, do it in real life and not on the internet. As long as you are of legal age, it's fine to enter.

Don't play on Casino770 or it's obvious you'll get scammed... Opt instead for internationally renowned casinos with a solid reputation like William Hill for example (http://whcasino.us)

Hello
I also think this casino is not very trustworthy. They asked me for a double-sided photocopy of my bank card, plus an ID, to validate my account
Is that normal?
0
affilieencolere > valextreme Posted messages 2 Status Membre

No, it's not normal. They're supposed to no longer accept French players because they haven't obtained the French license, and they've even asked their affiliates to stop advertising to French players because they no longer pay their commissions.

I also suspect Casino 770 of having emptied my bank account,
Let me explain the facts:

- After requesting a withdrawal of the amount I had won, I received a multitude of spam emails and texts along with one phone call asking me to send them a copy of the front and back of my credit card and my ID.... Naive as I am, I did it.
(Of course, the phone number matched the customer service number of the website, as did the emails and texts)
Result: 4 days later I find myself with an empty bank account-_-

I do not recommend this gaming site.
I have absolutely no trust in this site.

WARNING: This message is a warning for all internet users
If a site is without problems, we wouldn't have so many forums saying the opposite

See you!

Yeah, personally I haven't had any issues with the refund on 770. Even though the procedure to follow is a bit lengthy, they paid me into my bank account within a reasonable time (~10 days).

They ask for a copy of the bank account details and your ID card, but to my knowledge, that's not enough to drain an account...

Catch you later!

I have exactly the same issue with Casino 770

I have the same issue with this casino that doesn't require identification documents at first but then harasses people over the phone: they have supposedly, and by what right, recorded our phone conversations to pass them on to my bank???? Who do they think they are? They keep calling my mobile and landline! It's a curious process in my opinion....

Good evening,

The same for me... harassment from my family (brother, sister, aunt, uncle, nephew...) with the same comments, saying that I am cheating... that I have serious financial problems... pfff how embarrassing when I am employed and working hard to earn a decent living.... When we tell the site that the deposits are not all initiated by us (occasional players), they threaten to file a complaint, call the family....
HONESTLY AVOID CASINO770 because there is no pleasure, no entertainment, just harassment!!! And credit card hacking!!!

Casino 770 is not part of the casinos approved by the ARJEL and therefore has not obtained a French license. They cannot allow French players to play on their casino. They can sit on their complaints. Regarding the fraudulent use of your card, I think that if they are harassing you, it’s because you have taken the necessary steps to be reimbursed for the deposits made without your knowledge and you acted correctly. If you have them on the phone, tell them that if they do not erase your details and continue to harass you, you will file a complaint. Remind them that they do not have a French license and that consequently, you only play on trustworthy sites, namely those approved by the ARJEL, and that in any case, they have no right to accept money from French players.
If you need more help, don't hesitate to ask.

Hello. I have a small dilemma with Casino770 because last week I deposited money using my friend's card, who is of course aware of it. But since that day, Casino770 keeps sending me emails and calling me to ask for a copy of the bank card, ID etc. The amounts have not been charged yet, but honestly, I have no desire to send them everything they are asking for! I find it a bit dodgy and above all I see no interest for them to have these copies except to want to do something shady with it!! Moreover, they promise to credit my casino account with the amount of 200 euros as soon as they receive all these documents! I don’t know what to do???!!!

Online casinos have this kind of request allegedly to ensure that the credit card is not stolen. The most serious ones only ask for the first 4 digits, marked with a marker, followed by the next ones up to the last 3, naturally not 770, and in addition, since you did not play with your own card, they will block your account, freeze future and present winnings, and place you on a blacklist as a bonus seeker, and contrary to the laws, you will have no possibility to access or modify this list.
Anyway, between us, a piece of advice: don't play with your credit card, opt instead for neo surf or a virtual account like Moneybookers or Neteller to deposit in online casinos, and this is even more relevant if you play on 770; too many people have seen their card debited multiple times while they weren't even playing anymore.

Hello kokotko, to reply to you, I also played at casino770 and after I scheduled a withdrawal directly to my bank account, they asked me for quite a few documents including a photocopy of the bank card. Personally, I sent them everything, making sure when I scanned my bank card to put a paper to hide all the numbers except for the last 4, and they transferred the winnings without any issues.

It's worth noting that I scheduled 4 withdrawals of 100 euros and they only ask for the documents once.

And a little advice, once your withdrawal is scheduled, avoid playing again; strangely, you might end up losing everything ;)

SeyMoOr

Ah, and one last thing, if you still plan to keep playing, and if you're only playing roulette to round out the end of the month, don't accept any bonuses from them because then you'll be forced to wager a huge amount on slot machines, for example, just to be able to qualify for a withdrawal!

Hello!

I am really ashamed of myself... but I am gathering the courage to tell you that I am going through exactly the same thing as you!!
I played on poker770, I won, I sent the requested documents "naively" and after several phone exchanges... I was told that my withdrawal request was not possible: scan too dark even though I can clearly see the numbers and letters on the screen) anyway.... I liquidate my winnings which I will not receive anyway and I uninstall their crappy software!!
Three months later, we fall into a serious unexplained overdraft... then while going through our statements (online), I realize that many small amounts "CB PURCHASE CHICOUTIMI" are the cause... even though we are no longer playing on their site!!
We have opposed to the card and filed a complaint.....
SINCE then poker 770 has been calling me non-stop... called my family to inquire about me! They portray me as a thief, play on the fact that I am a player to make me look like a "compulsive" player, never stop asking me to lift the opposition and insult me, trying to turn the couple against each other over the phone so that we file a complaint against one partner and not against X...
In a mafia-style method, I've seen that they managed to get information about my children even though they are minors, that they know the different banks where I have an account even though the credit card comes from only one bank...
Anyway, all this to express my shame for having tried a virtual casino site, that I have been ripped off and that now I look like a thief in everyone's eyes!!

PS: Their incessant calls drove me to search the web for information about their group and on a forum I read "hacking" "trojan" I did a scan of my PC and found a trojan named P770... which explains the crashes of my Windows and the mouse moving on its own ^^

Hello Babou,

Thank you for your testimony! What you’re saying only surprises me halfway...
They’re trying to pressure you into dropping all charges!

So definitely don’t crack under their threats. Wait for them to call you back, or call them directly or send them an email...
First, ask to speak to a manager because it’s important!
Then, always remaining calm and keeping your cool, clearly explain everything that happened to you!
After that, make sure to demand a refund of everything they fraudulently took from you, also demand that they credit the winnings you requested to your account and finally that they delete all personal information they hold about you once everything is refunded!!!

Tell them you’re giving them 8 days and not a day more, after which you will contact the local and national press directly (especially since we are currently in the midst of online betting and poker770 is part of the big Partouche family, which has several casinos and online betting).
Also tell them you will share your story, just like on this forum, on many other forums, and I can help you with that if you want because I know which forum would hurt them the most.
It’s not complicated; either they respond to your requests and stop acting foolishly, or your story will be published so much that when someone types into Google for example “casino 770, Bet 770, Partouche, poker 770...” and everything related to them, they will immediately see SCAM in the 2nd or 3rd link...
If they don’t want to lose a lot of money, many players, and their reputation, it would be better for them to grant your claim and leave you alone!

Try what I told you already, and keep me informed as soon as possible!
Good luck.

I would like to have the addresses of other forums to share our stories... I filed a complaint but they keep calling me and giving me a lot of details in order to make me look like a thief... I know perfectly well that I am not the one who made these payments and therefore someone did them in my place... it is not a family member either... I have exchanged many emails and phone conversations with them but they don't want to let it go, they want me to lift the opposition on the cards...
The idea of an association for disappointed online players crosses my mind... does it already exist?

Hello Babou

First of all, courage to you and your loved ones in the face of these crooks. If you've filed a complaint, that's a very good thing, as is reporting your credit card; you've reacted well. Certainly, it must have pissed them off, but who cares? You're not going to keep feeding them!!
As for 770, you should know that it's been a while since Partouche reclaimed their right not to use their name anymore; indeed, Partouche officially divorced from Casino 770, as a clear message stated
The Partouche Group is a regularly registered trademark with the World Intellectual Property Organization under number 982 668. For informational purposes, Partouche Interactive Gibraltar LTD would like to bring to the attention of all its users that the company Casino770 (www.casino770.com) is not part of the Partouche Group and does not hold any trademark license allowing it to associate with the brand or the know-how that made the Partouche Group renowned. The following sites are therefore not affiliated with the Partouche Group: casinopartouche.com, casinopartouche.org, and 770.com (non-exhaustive list). Thus, Partouche Interactive Gibraltar LTD advises its clients to be very vigilant regarding the sites they visit claiming that the 770 company is a brand of the Partouche Group as this information is incorrect, and also to be cautious about the personal data they provide and the payment methods used. Please ensure that you are connected to the site partouche-game.com, which holds a license issued by the Gibraltar authorities, providing you with a player assistance service available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

They must have sensed the scam ^^

If you need help, don't hesitate; I'll give you the email address of someone who knows them well, their practices, and can help you with your démarches against them.

Thank you for your support ;) It's been two weeks since they have been harassing me and trying to make me say by all means that one of our household has made all these deposits, while we are certain that we uninstalled their software in mid-February, and that small withdrawals in March and April were made!! I am ashamed to have been naive and not to have monitored my bank accounts!!! Today, to finally have peace, I had to change my phone numbers and put myself on a red list... I hope the investigation will lead to something concrete... I will keep you updated regularly about this case... as for help: I am willing to accept.... any help will be beneficial to me... because today I was very worried since they gave me information about myself that they normally shouldn't have, like (the names of my children, my various email addresses (where they should only have one, to my knowledge), my Facebook, and incredible things...) all of this to make me withdraw my complaint... I think they will try to fabricate evidence against me to make me look like a thief... I think their program, which contained a Trojan, was only used to collect all this information... they are pretending to be a reputable company... but reading all the different forums, it seems they are just thieves... ANY HELP WILL BE WELCOME!!!

I don't know if it exists, but there's a special casino forum if you want, which I won't mention here as usual.
On the phone, ask them if it's not personal information theft to implant a trojan in your computer...

You have never played at the Partouche casino. If you were redirected to 770, it is precisely because Partouche refused to grant its name to the 770 group.

The Partouche Group is a registered trademark with the World Intellectual Property Organization under number 982 668.

For your information, Partouche Interactive Gibraltar LTD wishes to inform all its users that the company Casino770 (www.casino770.com) is not part of the Partouche Group and does not have any trademark license allowing it to associate with the brand or the expertise that has made the Partouche Group famous. The sites listed below are therefore not affiliated with the Partouche Group:
casinopartouche.com, casinopartouche.org and 770.com (non-exhaustive list).

In doing so, Partouche Interactive Gibraltar LTD urges its clients to be very vigilant both regarding the sites they visit claiming that the 770 company is a brand of the Partouche Group, as this information is inaccurate, and regarding the personal data they provide as well as the payment methods used.

Please ensure that you are connected to the site partouche-game.com, which holds a license issued by the authorities of Gibraltar, and offers you a player support service available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

If you were paid your winnings by 770 in 4 days, it is probably because you are lucky; I have a bunch of emails from players complaining about payment delays of 1 month or more for some, regardless of their payment method (Neteller, card, bank transfer...).

Personally, if I have advice to give to players, I would just tell them to play at safe casinos where there will be no payment issues since they are authorized by the ARJEL and therefore have a French license........

HELLO EVERYONE
I want to say that this casino is absolutely not serious, because of them I was scammed on my credit card, so I canceled it.
At first, they are all nice, but afterward, they harass people saying that I am being searched for by the police, that I am being sought by the treasury.
They even called my parents at 2 a.m.
I wanted to warn players to be very careful, as the pleasure of playing can quickly turn into a nightmare.

I read that Casino770 belongs to the Partouche family; this is absolutely false, because the Partouche family filed a complaint to prevent their name from being used by 770. They did not want their name to be associated with this site as they had nothing to do with it.

My mother-in-law is also harassed by 770 and so are we because one of her sons used her card there. Moreover, she has filed a complaint but 770 harasses her with 60 calls an hour; she doesn't even answer the phone anymore due to incessant emails. They threaten to call her neighbors and make her out to be a thief.
It’s a shame because they are losing a lot of credibility by behaving this way.

Hello,

At the beginning of January, we realized that a number of banking transactions (card transactions) had taken place that we did not make.

We filed a complaint. Following that, the bank reimbursed us a few days ago.

Since January 31, 2011, we have been continuously harassed over the phone. The reason given is that we would have committed credit card fraud... According to CASINO 770, we have not been victims of anything; however, we are suspected of fraud...

We are experiencing exactly the same harassment as you. Calls to the whole family with threats if we do not reimburse the fraud... Under the pretext that we refuse to talk to them, they threaten us with legal action... They even went so far as to call the children on their mobile phones... It's the last straw. We went to file a complaint.

Hello,

Just wanted to let you know to be very CAREFUL with CASINO RIVA. They're crooks.
Indeed, I was a victim of credit card fraud amounting to over 2000 euros. I reported it to them and also filed a complaint with my bank and the police station. I explained everything to them by email and phone. But nothing works. Casino RIVA keeps harassing me by phone and email. At least 30 calls a day. They make me feel guilty and try to make me say that I was the one who committed the fraud on my credit card. They are also trying to contact family members to make me look like a thief. I can't take it anymore, I don't know what to do. PLEASE, if anyone has a solution, thank you for your help. And please be careful with this casino RIVA, it's the same group as casino 770.
