I would like to share my bad experience on the online gaming site CRESUS CASINO.
On April 12, 2020, I deposited 20 euros on the site and received 30 euros offered by the casino.
I then had a total balance of 50 euros to play with. On the JOKER STRIKE slot game by QUICKSPIN, I won a little over 700 euros after several rounds. Very happy with my luck, I asked in real-time on the customer service chat if I could withdraw my winnings, which was confirmed to me, "real money winnings are withdrawable." So I requested a withdrawal of 500 euros to my bank account, followed by 200 euros, both withdrawals validated by the site.

On April 15, 3 days later, I received an email from CRESUS CASINO saying that all my winnings were canceled because I had not complied with the Terms and Conditions. These state that we are not allowed to bet more than 25% of our total balance, among other things.
In the end, I won nothing, and my balance was reset to 20 euros (the 30 euro bonus was also canceled).
