Hello,

I have a problem with the invoices at Boulanger. They say it's possible to display and print them with Adobe Reader, but I don't know how to do it.
I downloaded Adobe Reader 9.1, installed it, then clicked on the invoice number and nothing appears. I went to internet options to allow pop-ups, still nothing.
I'm using Mozilla, so I tried Internet Explorer just in case, still nothing.
I restarted my PC and still nothing!!
I uninstalled Adobe, then downloaded and reinstalled it, still nothing.

At this point, I don't know what to do!!!!

If someone can help me, I thank you in advance.

Good evening, after I went to Boulanger, they told me that you can only print your invoice if the purchase was made online; if it was made in-store, you need to ask them.

Hello. I found it while browsing the forums. I know I had to go into the control panel. Then folder options and there was a box to check or uncheck but I don’t remember. See you later.
