Orange line activation time

Hello,
I have a problem with my Orange line. Indeed, I had a call restriction because I had not paid my bill. But after paying my bill, they reactivated my line after 10 days! Is this normal?
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.10

    If your unpaid invoice was paid with the following invoice by direct debit, then yes, that’s normal. Orange needed to have confirmation of the payment from your bank.
    The best way to settle an unpaid invoice: credit card payment. Immediate restoration.

      No, the restoration of the mobile line after payment after midnight is not restored after 1 hour. I paid a late bill by credit card at 12:15 AM online, and by 2:00 AM the line was still cut off, even after restarting my phone several times, and I was unable to send texts! Is this normal? However, I received an email confirmation of the bill payment at 12:15 AM.
