Hello,
I subscribed to Free and my line has been operational since Wednesday at 3 PM.
I connected my Free equipment last night.
The internet and phone are working, but the television is not; the Freebox HD is stuck on step 2.
What should I do?

Configuration: From my PC? HP Pavilion Elite PC m9550, Intel Core 2 Quad Inside at 2.8GHz each, 8GB of RAM, Nvidia Geforce GT130 graphics card (1024MB), TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-H653N CD/DVD writer, 1TB internal hard drive (C/) and two external Western Digital drives of 1TB (H/) and (S/), an HP w2228h 22" monitor at 1680x1050 and I think that’s the essential! No? Oh, I forgot, Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit, Firefox 3 and above, Internet Explorer 8 and above, Windows Live Messenger 9 and above, Avast 4.8 and above (professional edition), wired (6 Mbps and above), Windows Media Player 11 and above, VLC Media Player 9.6 and above, CCleaner, Defraggler, Recuva, Microsoft Office 2009, Tune Up Utilities 9 . . .

I just got the new Freebox HD and I was also stuck on step 2
in my case, it was a problem with the "freeplug association procedure"
be careful, for it to work, you need to press each freeplug box for less than one second (not 2 to 3 seconds like the manual says) and then you'll see the green and orange LEDs synchronize and the TV will work...
PS: I didn't figure this out myself but I saw it on the internet on a forum by typing "Freeplug association"
