Hello,

I have a Wii and I'm eager to buy the game Zelda: The Wind Waker that is on GameCube.

I don't have a GameCube controller, nothing.

I'm planning to buy one.

The question that's on my mind is this: will I need a memory card (or whatever it's called) for the GameCube saves or will they be saved on the Wii?

    To answer your question (since no one is responding :S), you need to buy a memory card to save. Otherwise, you can play, but it won't save your game.

    Yes, I agree, but you need a GameCube memory card or at least a GameCube/Wii memory card. Since then, you must have solved your problem ^^ sorry.

      Pour sauvegarder des fichiers de jeux GameCube sur la Wii, il faut une carte mémoire GameCube. La carte mémoire Wii ne suffit pas. Vous devez insérer la carte mémoire GameCube dans le port situé en dessous du couvercle latéral de la Wii, à l’arrière.

      You need a Gamecube memory card that you insert at the top of the console.
