Backing up Mario Kart Wii

Simple, you can put an SD card in the Wii. So you insert your SD card and you copy your save onto it! :)

Since the hard drive is inside the console, I don't think you can save the data anywhere else.
Unless you can do it on an SD card, but I don't believe that.
So in my opinion, you can't back up your data anywhere other than on the Wii.
