Hello,
I know there are topics about Flyff but I didn't understand anything!!!
Let me explain:
I installed it and everything is fine.
When I click on Flyff it loads and shows me play, register, options, and quit.
I click on play: It shows me a white screen with the Flyff image but after a few
seconds it goes back to the desktop ='(

I have the same problem!! With my first PC it runs smoothly, but with my second PC it's the same issue.

I have a big problem ='( with the game Flyff. I downloaded it, everything is fine, the path and all, I did everything because I just formatted my PC. I have no sound when I click on play and the screen turns completely white, and in a small window it says: DirectSound init failed. Please help me, I beg you, help me, please

Hello, I found out how to solve some problems when you launch Flyff. Go directly to options and set everything to low or minimum configuration, and use the resolution of 800x600 Windows or 1280x1024 Windows. It's up to you to see if your problem persists. Bonjour, même problème que Keiko Satomi, mais le truc c'est que ça marchait encore très bien hier et là d'un coup ça marche plus, ça fout un peu les boules. Est-ce un problème du serveur ou autre ??

For your connection problems with Flyff on Windows 7, it's normal that it might not work, but for you, Windows must have the 5 different Adobe Flash installed; if you don't have them, it won't work. Here they are...
-Adobe Acrobat
-Adobe Flash Player (there can be several of these, which is annoying, but take the best version)
-Adobe Reader 9.2 (French version)
Those are the ones I remember; I'll check for the others.
Ok! Now uninstall Flyff and reinstall it... So that should work, as for the other two Adobe products, there are others, but for certain Windows versions.

Hello, this problem happened to me too, but I solved this little thing that was preventing me from playing =D It's actually a display size issue of the game. You have to go to options (sorry, I don't exactly remember the numbers or the terms used, but it doesn’t matter, you will figure it out anyway) and in the options panel, there is 1024x800 and you have to choose 800x something that I can't remember =). There you go and have fun =D
P.S.: I think it's a problem with the graphics card. It must be preventing the display of 1024x800.

It's not like that for me when I get home, I start playing and everything turns blank and suddenly I get directsound init failed. When I click okay, it quits Flyff. Please can you help me, answer me quickly please.

Ça m'a fait la même, t'inquiète, sauf que moi, j'ai re-téléchargé Flyff en désinstallant l'ancien et après Flyff remarchait. Bonne chance ^^

When I launch the game everything goes smoothly, I get to the character creation, and then it bugs, the screen goes black and the PC automatically restarts every time I reach character creation. Very frustrating because it's completely incomprehensible^^
