i keep getting a message: "Explorer has caused an error in HELPER100.DLL Explorer will now close. how can i fixed that

and use the french in order to be understood...

I move the message in the "Virus/Sécurité" forum (Virus/security).

By the way, this DLL is a spyware and you should remove it.

Run:
- AdAware (free)
- Spybot Search & Destroy (free)
- a full Windows Update (install all critical flaws)
- install an antivirus (Avast! Home Edition is free for home users)
- install a firewall (ZoneAlarm is free too).
