Alarm light / neufbox

Hello,
I’ve noticed that the "alarm" light on my Neufbox has been continuously lit for a few days.
I have restarted it, and I even tried using it without the TV decoder, but the light is still on...
I haven't observed any particular issues with using the internet, the phone, or the TV, except for a delay in turning the TV on...
What does this light indicate?
What problem needs to be addressed when it appears?

Hello,

the alarm on my neufbox was flashing. It was the power cord. I replaced it and my problem is solved.
What a hassle to get to this point. I arrived at this solution thanks to the forum.

When you talk about a cord, it's the one that's connected to the electrical wall outlet.

No need to replace a new cord. You just have to go to this link http://192.168.1.1 and connect with your Neufbox then check the status: perform a diagnostic and follow the steps.
Quick to do and not complicated, my case was the same, the alert light was blinking (when I was in communication with Neuf, it displayed power cord DC adapter faulty, call customer service for replacement) plus the phone was faulty. After several resets or unplugging the box, only this method worked to restore everything.
And maybe it will help you save a bit by avoiding buying a new cable or transformer.

I have the same problem for 2 days, seeing the alarm light on and unable to turn off the lights in the configuration of the Neuf box
no internet or phone issues,
the only problem is that I no longer have HD TV channels, low speed and high error rate
I informed the technical service who confirmed to me that it is a fault with the Neuf box and they are sending me a new Neuf box modem, delivery within 48 hours.

Hello

I confirm what has been said above... it's the power adapter that is the issue.

Swap it with the one from the TV box for testing...

The boxes now have firmware that turns off the lights to save energy.
