SFR ninebox, persistent orange light

Question

Hello, I bought a SFR Neufbox and I made the connections correctly by following the manual. The Neufbox lights up red then orange but it doesn’t turn green. I specify that the Wi-Fi indicator is on and that the line is active.

Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 23.0.1271.97

Well, I can't connect because my Neufbox is not connected to the network; only the Wi-Fi light is on.

During your installation, you must have chosen a type of connection: ADSL or fiber? Then Ethernet, USB, or wireless? What did you do?

Je n'ai pas pu mettre le CD, mon ordinateur n'a pas de lecteur CD :( mais j'ai déjà installé une Neufbox chez ma sœur sans CD. Merci de m'avoir répondu.

You need to download the drivers for the Neufbox to install the box correctly.

They say that my ADSL line doesn't seem to be active, but I even received a text from SFR to announce it  Personally, I'm afraid it might be coming from the building?

Have you called customer service? I believe it's 1023. They will tell you if it’s activated or not.
