Hello,
I have a little problem, I would like to know how to record myself with Photo Booth or iMovie but without the mirror effect?
Thank you very much.

Hello,
If your wish is to flip the photo or video (so that your right hand is on the left side in the photo or video, for example), open this video or photo with QuickTime Player and reverse the image in "Sequence Properties / Visual Settings..." If this is indeed your concern..
Best regards

Hi, I have the same problem as Leo, except that when I go to the video (Quick Time Player), in the window menu, there is only:
- Place in Dock
- Minimize/Maximize
- Show Video Inspector
- Show Export Progress
- Bring All to Front
What should I do ?????
Thanks in advance

In QuickTime Player, you need to go to the menu "Window / Sequence Properties" or press Command - J
Then select the video track and "Visual Settings." (for a video or a photo)
If it's a photo and not a video, it can also be done with the Preview app, in Tools / Flip Horizontally.
There you go, there you go...

Hello,
I think the Rapace (Breton?) understood very well that you wanted to get rid of it! The question I'm asking myself as well is: what do you mean by mirror effect?
That said, here, under Tiger, in my version of PhotoBooth, there are two "effects" buttons. The mirror effect, if that's what you're talking about, is obtained by the button 2. By clicking on it, you get a window that offers eight effects, including mirror, plus "Normal" in the center. You click on this "Normal" to return to a basic shot.
Best regards.
