When I shut down my PC, it restarts.

Hello,

Everything is in the title.
When clicking on "stop", my PC restarts.
I have to turn it off by cutting the power!
Those who have experienced this issue or those who know please respond.

    Good evening,

    Right-click on Computer,
    select Properties, click on the Advanced tab.
    Then go to Settings in the Startup and Recovery section.
    Under System failure, uncheck Automatically restart.
