Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting (too) frequently

Hello,
I just got a laptop (ASUS N76) and I connected it to the home wifi,
but the wifi disconnects every 5-15 minutes, even when I'm browsing the internet.
The wifi is also being used by another computer, a Mac, but the internet sharing option is enabled. Does anyone have a solution?

    I believe I have found the solution to the problem; the answer was already on other forums, but the path varies depending on the version of Windows;
The path is thus, for Windows 7:
    - start
    - control panel
    - network and internet
    - network and sharing center
    - change adapter settings (on the left of the window)
    - click on your wireless connection
    - properties (at the bottom)
    - configure (your network card, I have Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 2230)
    - power management
    - uncheck the box Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

And there you go, it works much better for me; if your problem is not resolved, it comes from elsewhere.
    Hoping to have helped you.

Hello, I just did this operation and I’m going to put the PC to sleep,
and see if the Wi-Fi works.
