Hello everyone. I have a big problem!
Last night I downloaded an antivirus named Bitdefender
I installed everything.
Then I had to restart my PC. I don’t know how but my PC emptied itself. I have nothing left.
I no longer have any programs (Microsoft, Recycle Bin, Start menu) at all.
What should I do to recover everything?
Thank you for helping me
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Try to repair before formatting everything if you don’t want to lose everything. In my opinion nothing was “overwritten” it’s just the "explorer.exe" process that won’t start. Why????????

I found this on the internet: press Ctrl+Alt+Del; if you have the Task Manager, File, New Task; you launch explorer.exe; see which processes are running

I have my documents that appear...(Phew)
but I don’t know how I should do to put them on my homepage
and in my START menu.
How should I do it? -
Launch msconfig via the same path and check in Services if Computer Explorer is checked. You know, I don’t know much about this, I’m looking!

The file explorer is checked, but when I look at the status it says it is in stopped mode
could it be because it is stopped? -
I had seen that on a site but on my computer it also shows stopped. I don’t see anything else. We need to find a way to restart explorer.exe. I’ll keep looking. HACKER 712 call for help!!!!!!!!!!!!
